Lime Stabilisation for Improving Sub-grade - Laying and spreading available soil in the sub-grade on a prepared surface, pulverising, mixing the spread soil in place with rotavator with 3 per cent slaked lime having minimum content of 70 per cent of CaO, grading with motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to the desired density to form a layer of improved sub grade

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Steblized Wet Mix Macadam (ETA)- Providing, laying, spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform single layer sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Excluding royality which shall be paid as applicable. For Pattries

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone grit in the proportion 1:2:4 (One part of Cement, Two Part of Coarse Sand and Four Part of 2cm Stone Grit) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-15.S.I.
