S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC SWR pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed with clamps to walls omplete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out pump and motor cap 75 HP from its foundation and complete demolation of existing foundation, construct the new RCC fundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D2 haing 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation bedding of 15 cm height and PCC ( 1:2:4 ) type B1 having 20 mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8.0 mm thick steel bars for making foundation of 15 cm height complete with foundation bolts of 12 mm size 200 mm long 08 Nos, forming work and plastering with water proofing compound 10 mm thick for making smooth and even surface, (White washing & Color washing) on wall complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge. Note: Size and specification shall be as per OEM.

M&L Framed work made out of Fe-290 (Gde E- 165) for Pump set fundation with ISMC-100mm, and ISMB 125X70, 8.0 mm thick and angle iron or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of pump and motor including painting with anti corrosive primer and bituminous paint black in colour and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,Fixing,testing and commissioning of Centrifugal pump set,split casing type made out of cast iron casing with SS shaft and sleeve and close type impeller made of phospher bronze/gun metal having discharge capacity of 50 LPS at 61 m head NPSH 3.5 m, suitable for suction of 100 mm bore and delivery of 125 mm bore, 1450 rpm, with base plate,cupling and coupling guard coupled with existing75 HP induction motor, 3 phase,415V, 50 Hz mounted on common base frame through a set of flexible rubber coupling with existing system omplete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge. Make- Kirloskar ,Model DSM No 100/36 HSC PUMP BARE SHAFT WITH BRONZE IMPELLER OR similar specification in cromption Greaves and KSB. Note. 1. Cromption Greaves/KSB make of similar specification will only be acceptable if pump set not available in Kirloskar make in order to synchronize the existing syatem and network of the installation with approval of AO/GE. 2. Exisiting elect motor is of make Kirloskar 55 KW, 1450 RPM, 415 V, 50 HZ, therefore pump set of the same OEM will facilitate to install the complete syatem smoothly and balance. 3. In case Cromption Greaves/KSB make is adopted any modification to the foundation coupling, inlet shall be carried out by contractor free of cost and rates shall deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

S &F in replacement 150 mm Flanged Non Return Valve PN-1.6 with all necessary arrarngement of disconnection of suction pipe lines and after replacement reconnection the same all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make: Kirlosker/Leader/Sant/Zoloto/BIR
