PROVISION OF MESH DOORS AT EACH SHUTTER OPENING OF THE GODOWNS AT FCI FSD ABDARPUR

Providing and fixing Mild steel expanded metal 20x60 mm strands 3.25 mm wide 2.24 mm thick with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and using flats 30x6 mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece with providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 400 mm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 300x100x150 mm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing mild steel expanded metal gate using expanded metal of size 20 mm x 60 mm with strands 3.25 mm wide and 2.24 mm thick, fitted in a frame of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm angle iron with 30 mm x 6 mm flats used for diagonal braces and central cross piece, including top channel and bottom rail for sliding operation, and providing and fixing wrought iron or mild steel wheels or rollers of 50 mm diameter or above, complete with all necessary fittings, clamps, nuts, bolts, or welding for proper fixing and erection in position, making good all damages caused during installation, and finishing the entire assembly with one coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
