Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out is soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concret and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Form work and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F of TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia, as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length , bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) external surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 as louvers and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings and reinforcement, set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali-resitant priming paint and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tilas to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick coloured glazed ceramic tiles conforming to IS-13712 grade B-III fixed as in vertical surface such as risers of steps, skirting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite (of any tye) work table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) including 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust of pigment to match the shade of granite stone for tiles /slab machine cut in skirting /dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with and mixture including cutting and polishing of type as approved.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material soil nexc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Dismantling mild steel gate of any description area exc 1.50 but n.exc 5.00 sqm each side and refixing the gate in the same opening after carry out necessary repairs required including drilling, bolting/welding etc for refixing including making good the distrubed portion of the RCC post complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth (other than in roof) and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge..
