Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material as per clause 304 of MORT&H specifications Ordinary soil,Mechanical Means Depth 3 m to 6 m.Note:- Cost of dewatering up to 7.5 per cent of labour & machinery cost may be added,where required,Assessment for dewatering shall be made as per site conditions.

Providing lowering cutting jointing and testing RCC pipe class NP3 as per IS-458-2003 with spigot & socketed joints manufactured with ISI marked sulphate resistance cement as per ISI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked antiternmite as required at site in to trenches for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment gradients and levels including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and side of trenches,(1200mm dia)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work below plinth level and upto floor IV level: 1:4:8(1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded cum stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agigated mixer, All works upto Plinth level : M-15 grade plain cement concrete cum (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced concrete works, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. (Note : Cement content considered in this item is @330 kg/cum.

Extra for providing richer mixes up to plinth and at all floor levels. (Note :- Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix). Providing M-35 grade concrete instead of M-25 cum grade BMC/ RMC. (Note Cement content considered in M-35 is@ 350 kg/ cum)

Filling cement bags with sand, sewing and laying in position within 30 metres in water including cost of strings by mechanical/ mannual means

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRT H specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification as per clause 710.1.4.of IRC:78 & 2200 of MoRT&H Specification.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work where not include in the complete rate of R.C.C, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, seperately for different diameters as actually used in work, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pip, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing force. Complete as per drawing and MoRT&H specifications
