Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of ESE (Early Streamer Emission) lighting protection system complete with Early Streamer Emission type Lightning air terminal, supporting structure, down conductor, lightning strike recorder, earthing electrodes and all required accessories. Specification for ESE Lightning Air Terminal. 1. Minimum Protection Radius at "Protection Level 1" (Maximum Protection Level) : 79 m. (when mounted at a height of 5 m) 2. Material of construction : High quality Stainless Steel for high conductivity and corrossion resistance in all weather conditions. 3. Advance Time (delta T) : Minimum 60 micro-seconds. 4. Impulse current withstand capability (Minimum): 100 kA. 5. The ESE Air Terminal should be in conformance to the NF C 17-102 standard and bidder must submit the following tests carried out in an accredited National or International laboratory to prove such conformance : a) General Tests. b) Mechanical Tests. c) Environmental Tests. d) Withstand current Tests. e) Advance Time Test / Early Emission Test.

Lightning strike counter - 6 digit electromechanical display device with IP 67 protection having minimum current sensitivity range of 1 kA - to measure lightning strikes by induction current without the need for any external power source.

Maintenance free chemical earthing system comprising of copper bonded earth rods of 17 mm diameter (minimum) and 3 m in length. The earth rods should be made from low carbon high tensile steel and the rods are molecularly bonded by 99.9% pure electrolytic copper with a minimum coating thickness of 250 microns over the rod. The electrodes should be tested as per relevant standards and test report should be submitted. To enhance moisture retention capacity and to lower ground resistivity, minimum 50 Kg of environment friendly back-filling compound is to be used for each earth pit.

Commissioning of the complete job including providing and fixing of required quantity of DMC strip insulators (50 mm X 6 mm), GI strip clamp for DMC insulator support and installation of Earth strip and all other accessories.

Down conductor consisting of 50 mm X 8 mm Hot Dipped Galvanised GI strip along with HDG GI Nuts and Bolts with washers.
