Applying two coats of french polishing to the repaired (previously untreated)/existing treated/polished surfaces of Bed after preperation of surfaces all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed.

Recanning of seat and back of any type of chair, stool dressing and other similar type of items with new 2mm wide 0.4mm thick half round white plastic cane of superior quality closely woven in Godrej pattern with 3.5mm wide and 0.4mm thick side border and strengthening band including applying two coats of french polishing to the recanned (previously untreated/existing treated/polished surfaces) seat and back after preperation of surfaces all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed.

TABLE DRESSING LADIES (Drg No: MD-251)

Removing of old Front leg from Table dressing, and supply and fixing same parts made from seasoned first class hard wood ( Teak wood) duly finished with existing shape as per respective drawings complete all as shown on drg.

Removing of old back ply from Table dressing, and supply and fixing same parts made from 6mm thick commercial ply wood as shown on drawing duly finished with existing shape complete all as directed.

Removing of old Mirror from Table dressing, and supply and fixing Mirror 5.5mm thick of size 366mm x 1220mm complete all as directed. (Make Swastik/Modiguard/Atul/Golden Fish)

Removing old unserviceable drawer from Table dressing and Supply and fix new drawer in position all as shown on drg and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable / broken knob from Table dressing and Supply and fix new knob of 38 to 40mm dia plastic coated with machine screw all as shown on drg and as directed.

Applying two coats of french polishing to the repaired (previously untreated)/existing treated/polished surfaces of chair dinning after preperation of surfaces all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed.

SOFA SET :TP Repair to sofa, single seater with arms of different makes (Godrej/Zuari etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge) by replacing coir fibre, cotton, wooden/ PVC parts and tapastry cloth/rexine of best quality as approved by GE. Cost of tapastry cloth/rexine should not be less that Rs. 820/- per meter. 12 mm thick plain foam to be provided to seat and back and arms all as specified and directed.

SOFA SET : TP Repair to sofa, three seater with arms of different makes (Godrej/Zuari etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge) by replacing coir fibre cotton, wooden/ PVC parts and tapastry cloth/rexine of best quality as approved by GE. Cost of tapastry cloth/rexine should not be less that Rs. 820/- per meter. 12 mm thick plain foam to be provided to seat and back and arms all as specified and directed.

Repair to Almirah large steel and replacement of following components complete all as specified, shown on drg and as directed :- Drg No. FD-1031, 67(M)

Material & labour for replacement of worn out shelves fabricated/made out of MS sheet one mm thick of size as shown in drawing and fixing in position complete all as specified, shown on drawings and directed.

Fixing only existing loose/hanging shelves in position complete all as specified, shown on drawings and directed.

Material & labour for replacement of Mild steel chromium plated, screwed type, 150mm long handles complete with washers etc as approved by GE complete all as specified, shown on drawings and directed.

Material & labour for replacement of old unserviceable brass locks 6 lever with duplicate keys complete all as specified and directed. (sample shall be got approved by GE before incorporation in the work)

Material & labour for legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheet fabricated in channel base with ends covered complete all as specified, shown on drawings and directed.

Material & labour for replacement of worn out base made out of MS sheet 1mm thick of shape and size complete all as specified, shown on drawings and directed.

Removing old unserviceable hinges, remetalling disturbed surfaces (if required and smoothening the surface to match with existing and Material & labour for new MS hinges cold rolled 75mm long (as approved by GE) complete all as specified, shown on drawings and directed.

Material & labour for scrubbing all old painted surfaces, removing all dents as required, preparation old or new surfaces, applying evenly putty to achieve uniform surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of spray painting using synthetic enamel paint 1st quality of colour as ordered complete all as specified, shown on drawings and directed.

Material & labour for replacement of locking system made out of MS round bar (locking rod) 10mm dia with brass bushes complete all as specified, shown on drawings and directed.
