Flooring with a bed of CC 1:5:10 (One of cement, four of Crushed stone sand and Ten of hard broken stone jelly) using 40mm size HBG Jelly and top left to receive the floor finish curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant etc., complete complying with standard specification.and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-35 Grade in a accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for the all RCC items of works with minium cement content of 425 Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 Kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670Kg of sand (for making 10 cum) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc., complete complying with relevent standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers. Dadooing walls with best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of size 150 x 150 x 6 mm set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two M sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification.and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and laying of Eurocon tiles of size 300 x 300 x 18-20mm in CM 1:3 , (One Cement and three M sand) 20mm thick etc., complete complying with standard specification.and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid with base concrete. 1:2:4 wise -6-10mm aggregate in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the SIPCOT Officer before use on works)

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic Interior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm diaStainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding,grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification.and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and fixing of half turn C.P Long body Tap of 15mm dia of Best quality including cost of half turn CP tap with required specials and labour for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification.and as directed by SIPCOT officers. Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia PVC SWR pipe with ISI mark confirming to IS 13952:1992 Type 'A' for Rainwater Down fall pipe with relevant specials such as gratings, shoes, bends, offsets confirming to IS 14735 including jointing with seal ring confirming to IS 5382 with leaving a gap about 10mm to allow thermal expansion with necessary clamps, teak wood plugs etc., of approved quality and including fixing CI gratings at the junction of parapet and floor or roof slab etc., including finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification.and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter with frame (etc., complete complying with standard specification.and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and fixing of Teak Wood wrought and put up for frames of doors, windows, ventilators, cupboard and any other similar joinery works with necessary plugs, rebates for shutters, plaster grooves on all faces etc. , including labour charges for fixing hold fasts. etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Painting new wood work with 2 finshing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paintr of approved quality. And colour over one coat priming coat in all floors inculding cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.and as directed by SIPCOT officers. ( the make quality and colour of paint should be got approved by there SIPCOT Officer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Window of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the SIPCOT officers before use on work etc., complete complying with standard specification.and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

POST TENSIONING WORKS : Design and Execution, of post tensioning works, including, decoiling the strands, cutting to the required lengths, supplying laying of HT strands sheathing (GI corrugated ducts 0.3mm thick) jointing with couplers, and inserting the strands, profiling, fixing live end anchorages, including the supply of stressing anchorages, suitable for 5-5 & 5-4 tendons, grout vents, making dead end anchorages, including flowering the strands, fixing tendon support bars, supervising the fixing of anti-bursting reinforcement, stressing the cables, end trimming, grouting the cables, with cement slurry, mixed with admixtures , with required tools, plants, and machineries, and consumables etc. (shuttering, concreting & reinforcement steel, shall be paid under respective items) at all heights including all leads, lifts, coordination, with the post-tensioning agency, preparation of drawings, obtaining approval from the Employer / Architect etc. Rate to include providing water, power, cement and admixture for grouting, packing of sheathing and anchorages blockings, filling of recess pockets after stressing using grouts(cement slurry mixed with approved admixtures) including providing access to post tensioning at all heights including all leads, lifts etc., all complete and as approved and as directed by the Employer /Architect but excluding shuttering, concreting & reinforcement steel which shall be payable under respective items separately. Supply and Fixing of 250 mm x 200 mm x 100 mm, 10-25 sqmm terminal capacity (Nominal) (For terminating incoming cables) etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and fixing of 45W (H), LED gate light/ post top lantern fitting with die cast aluminium base, lamp compartment encased in non-yellowing transflucent UV stabilised acrylic diffuser, spun aluminium top cover, body finished in polyester powder coated black shade, IP54 ingress protection, 10kV surge protection etc suitable for operation on 230V AC, 1 phase, 50 Hz input power supply on existing bracket/ light pole as required. etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and fixing of following RoHS and EMC compliant LED flood light with high pressure die cast aluminium housing, IP66 ingress protection, tempered glass cover, individual lense over LED for glare control, 10kV surge protection, narrow/wide beam optics as per requirement etc suitable for operation on 230V AC, 1 phase, 50 Hz input power supply with following specifications. etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Part D - Wiring

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.Group C etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required. etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 16 way, Double door etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc., as required (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 4 way (4+12), Double Door etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testingand commissioning etc. as required. etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and laying of 4 core 35 sqmm 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor power cable confirming to IS 7098/ part 1/1988 of the following sizes and Providing and fixing 2 nos 4.00 mm dia copper wire for loop earthing in the existing wall Clamped with 2mm thick Saddle on surface as reqd. ( for Main panel to DB power supply) etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Part E - Paver Block - External Road

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Hard Gravel in layers of not more than 30 cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers.

Construction of Granular Sub - Base (GSB) to the required compacted thickness (Drainage layer) by providing approved Coarse graded material conforming to Grading- V of Table 400 - 1 and satisfying the physical requirement for material for GSB as per Table 400 - 2 of MORTH Rev.-5 including screening, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, watering and premixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller 80 to 100 KN static weight to achieve the desired density and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope as directed by the SIPCOT officers etc., complete including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved quarry site to work site with all lift and lead by mechanical transport, head load or any other mode of transporation including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,hire charges and fuel charges for loader, water tanker with sprinkler,motor grader, vibratory road rollers and required including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per the standard specification as per clause 401 of MORTH Rev.-5 and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and laying 83 mm thick mix vibro compacted M50 grade heavy duty road paver interlocking block with super embedded anty skid with texture design meeting their international standard size with Zig Zag design with higher loading capacity rate including cost and conveyance all required materials at site and all labour charges for laying, compacting with paver vibrator and lall taxes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing kerb wall fixing as per type design enclosed herewith, by using PCC 1:2:4 of size 150mmx565mm using 20mm HBG Stone jelly, including centring for side wall and excluding cost of reinforcement and including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and hire charges for all tools and plants employed etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and fixing FRP rain water Gutter including cost of labour charges nd mteril chrges etc.,completetd nd as directed by SIPCOT Officers

Supplying, laying, fixing and jointing the160 mm dia 10 kg/cm2 PVC pipes including the cost of suitable PVC/GI specials /GM specials like Elbow, Tee reducers, Plug, union, bend, coupler, nipple/ GM gate valve, check and wheel valve etc., wherever required above the ground level including the cost of teflon tape, special clamps, nails, etc., fixing on wall to the proper gradient and alignment and redoing the chipped of masonry etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.
