Erection of 33KV Siddhaur Bay and related Lighting and Auxiliary Power Supply

Erection of following equipments including shifting of material from store to site including proper fixing with the structure / Anchor Bolt along with other relevent jobs to complete the work in proper way as per UPPTCL Norms: -

36KV Current Transformer

36KV C.T. Junction Box

36KV Bus Isolator

36KV Line Isolator

33KV Triple Feeder Simplex Type Control and Relay Panel as per Technical Specification for SAS based system including grouting of the Panel

Fixing / Erection of 0.4KV AC Cubicle

Laying of following 1.1KV unarmoured copper control cable in conduit pipes along with conduiting in cable trenches with other relevent jobs to complete the work in proper way as per UPPTCL Norms: -

Erection os Structures for 33KV Siddhaur Bay including 1.1KV Unarmoured Copper Control Cable Termination work at both end with proper ferulling, with other relevent jobs to complete the work in proper way as per UPPTCL Norms: -

33KV Bay Control Cable termination including cost of Cable Glands, applicable Copper Lugs, Ferruls and other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily

Erection of Lattice type main and auxiliary structures with other associated works to complete the job as per required as per technical specification of UPPTCL ALP 3 Set (0.363) ABL 3 Set (1.023)

Earthing of structures and equipments:

Digging, Laying, Streightening, Bending, Cutting, Welding, Cleaning, Painting with 01 coat of Red Oxide Paint and then 02 Coat of Standard make Bus Green Colour paint after proper cleaning of rusting and dust as per proper technical specification, Filling work for Earthing of 50mmx6mm MS flat including digging pit of depth 700mm and refilling of it along with connecting this earthing to the existing Earthmat as per proper technical specification and standard norms of UPPTCL to complete the job satisfactorily including providing of the MS Flat as per UPPTCL technical norms by the contractor including other accessories.

Eathing of cable trench with 25 mm x 6 mm Size M.F Flat by laying, Welding, Cleaning, Painting with 01 coat of Red Oxide Paint and then 02 Coat of Standard make black bitumen paint after proper cleaning of rusting and dust as per proper technical specification and standard norms of UPPTCL to complete the job satisfactorily.

Earthing of control pannels at 2 point each pannels

Bay wise interconnection (jumpering) of equipments with specified conductors with 33KV Main and Transfer Bus including all equipments:

33KV Siddhaur Bay jumpering from 33KV Main and Transper Bus to various Equipment Isolators, Equipments to Equipment jumpering i.e. Isolator to CT / CB, CB to CT, CT to Isolator.

Optic Fibre Cable Integration with existing SCADA system and Configuration work for SAS Sub-Station including LAN Cable work for 33KV 01 No. Bay for successful completion of the job as per UPPTCL norms

Providing, Fixing & Installation of Name / Identification plates made of 2 mm thick Aluminium sheet covered with 3 M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet of following size with details / Name written by using 3 M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet as per prescribed color scheme to be fixed with the help of Nuts & Bolts at already installed equipment structures in the switchyard with all cost of plates. Nut &Bolts, Misc. Materials T & P and Labour as per technical specifications& directions of concorned Engineer at the sub station.
