Table 900x600x760mm with & without drawer FD-55(M)/42(M)/284 :- Repair to table including dismantling of old broken parts and fixing with new parts as mentioned below. Table shall be set right by providing 75x75 mm teak wood triangular corners between rails and legs completed in all respects as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

(a) Supply and fixing of new tops of pre-laminated particle board 18 mm thick exterior grade BWR with one side teak face other side balancing white with all round 4 mm thick teak wood beading as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Taking out unserviceable legs, Supply and fixing of new legs of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(c ) Supply and fixing of new top long rails of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) Supply and fixing of new top short rails of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(e) Supply and fixing of new “H” Type stiffeners complete of first class hard wood sheesham as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(f) Supply and fixing of new PVC shoes with steel screw superior quality as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

(g) Supply and fixing of new drawer of deodar wood except bottom which shall be of 6mm thick ply wood commercial. Front portion of drawer shall be of sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

Table office clerk wooden DB-4129 :- Repair to table including dismantling of old broken parts and fixing with new parts as mentioned below. Table shall be set right by providing 100mm x 100mm teak wood triangular corner between rails and legs complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Supply and fixing of new top of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick exterior grade BWR with all round 4mm thick teak wood beading as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(c ) Supply and fixing of new stiffener complete ‘H’ type of first class hard wood sheesham as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

Table dressing gents FD-31(m) /230 :- Repair to table dressing gents including dismantling of old broken parts and fixing with new parts. Supply and fixing of new Electro copper plated mirror 5mm thick with sheesham wood frame as per Drg. Make : Saint Gobain/Modi guard. Rest all as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Table dressing Ladies FD-251 :- Repair to table dressing ladies including dismantling of old broken parts and fixing with new parts. Supply and fixing of looking mirror 5 mm thick superior quality make saint Gobain/Modiguard with teak wood frame and ply wood 6 mm thick commercial quality on back complete as per drg. Rest all as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Table Centre FD-274 & 235 :- Repair to table including dismantling of old broken parts and fixing with new parts as mentioned below. Table shall be set right and repolished with French polish in original teak shade after properly preparation of surface by applying putty and smoothened with ambry paper. Rest all as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

(a) Supply and fixing of new top of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick one side teak face other side balancing white exterior grade BWR with all round 4mm thick teak wood beading as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed..

(b) Supply and fixing of new leg of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Supply and fixing of new top long rail of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) Supply and fixing of new top short rail of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(e) Supply and fixing of new PVC shoes with steel screw superior quality as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Teapoy FD-278 & 232 :- Repair to teapoy including dismantling of old broken parts and fixing with new parts as mentioned below. Rest all as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Supply and fixing of new top of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick one side teak face other side balancing white exterior grade with all round 4mm thick teak wood beading as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Supply and fixing of new leg of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Supply and fixing of new top long rail of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) Supply and fixing of new top short rail of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(e) Supply and fixing of new PVC shoes with steel screw superior quality as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Table Writing FD-275 :- Repair to Table writing including dismantling of old broken parts and fixing with new parts as mentioned below. Table writing shall be fixed with 100mm x 100mm teak wood trianfular corner between rails and legs complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Supply and fixing of new top of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick exterior grade BWR one side teak face other side balancing white with all round 4mm thick teak wood edging, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Supply and fixing of new leg of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Supply and fixing of new top long rail of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) Supply and fixing of new top short rail of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(e) Supply and fixing of new drawer of deodar wood except bottom which shall be of 6mm ply wood commercial. Front portion of drawer shall be of sheesham wood with anodized knob complete all as specified and as directed.

(f) Supply and fixing of new shutter of table writing made of pre-laminated particle board exterior grade 18mm thick one side teak face as per drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(g) Supply and fixing of new stiffener complete of first class hard wood sheesham as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(h) Supply and fixing of new PVC shoes with steel screw superior quality as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Hat Stand FD-23/ 233 :- Repair to Hat stand including dismantling of old broken parts and fixing with new parts. Hat stand shall be repolished with French polish in original teak shade after properly preparation of surface by applying putty and smoothened with ambry paper complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Supply and fixing of new mirror electro copper plated 5mm thick. Make:- saint Gobain/ Modiguard.

(b) Supply and fixing of new peg CP brass 120mmx75mm as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

Table Dining 8 persons FD-273 :- Repair to table dining 8 pers including dismantling of old broken parts and fixing with new parts as mentioned below. Table shall be set right by providing 100 mm x 100 mm teak wood triangular corner between rails and legs complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Supply and fixing of new top of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick exterior grade one side teak face other side balancing white with 4mm thick teak wood beading all round as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Supply and fixing of new leg of first class sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Supply and fixing of new top long rail of sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) Supply and fixing of new top short rail of sheesham wood, as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

(e) Supply and fixing of new PVC shoes with steel screw superior quality as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Charpoy GI pipe with Nylon Newar: Removing existing unserviceable nylon newar from Charpoy GI pipe, tightening the complete frame of charpoy and providing 12 mm (9 ply) thick plywood of size 1980 x 900mm, ISI marked, BWR grade and 02 numbers MS flat iron stiffeners of size (815-835)mm x 40mm x 6 mm of length equal to width of ply wood/GI Charpoy bending the flat iron to the shape required to fix it tightly to GI pipe frame with GI nut,bolts 6mm dia with suitable washers ,drilling holes 2 Nos each in long rails,02 Nos each in shorts rail and 02 Nos at center of ply wood. Each flat iron shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Black) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as shown on drawing, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

(a) Removing/taking down carefully old unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe without damaging the adjoining parts and providing new long rail 1894 mm or suitable size as required at site, made out from 32 mm bore GI pipe medium grade, cut to required length and made to shape by threading both ends up to 22 mm for fixing to elbow of charpoy GI pipe complete all as shown on drawing, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

(b) Cutting old broken serviceable portion of dismantled long rail as obtained from Srl item No 2 above and converting into short rails 02 Nos, threading both ends upto 22 mm for fixing to elbow and fixed to charpoy GI pipe including removing / taking down carefully old unserviceable short rail from charpoy GI pipe without damaging the adjoining parts complete all as shown on drawing, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

(c) Cutting old broken serviceable portion of dismanted short rail as obtained from Srl item No. 3 above and converting into leg, threading upper ends upto 22 mm for fixing to elbow and fixed to charpoy GI pipe including removing / taking down carefully old unserviceable leg from charpoy GI pipe without damaging the adjoining parts complete all as shown on drawing, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

(d) Removing / taking down carefully old unserviceable elbow from charpoy GI pipe without damaging the adjoining parts and providing new 3 way galvanized iron elbow medium grade, ISI marked suitable for 32 mm bore GI pipe and fixed to charpoy GI pipe complete all as shown on drawing, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

(e) Removing / taking down carefully old unserviceable check nut from Charpoy GI pipe without damaging the adjoining parts and providing new galvanized iron check nut 32 mm dia, ISI marked and fixed to charpoy GI pipe complete all as shown on drawing, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Repolishing of under mentioned furniture in original teak shade after proper cleaning and smoothening the surface with embry paper. Gaps/cracks in the furniture shall be filled with wooden putty where necessary. One coat of lacker polish shall also be provided to get proper glow and shine in the furniture after providing 2 coats of French polish. Rest all as directed by Engr-in-charge/GE.
