Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor LT Distribution box suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts to Hz supply system with suitable size and powder coating provided with suitable to make it dust/vermin proof. (vi) Method of operation - The crane shall be operated by pendant from floor level with provision for two speed micro and main speed. (vii) Load indicator- LED display load indicator with pin type load cells with provison for indication of load, alarm and shut down of crane in case of load greater than 10% of rated load. (viii) Audio and visual indicators- Siren with audio and visual fascility shall be provided for indications while crane is in operation. (ix) The scope includes long travel rail, box type double girder with rail, shrouded bus bar, all safety provisions with limit switch, EHT brakes. (x) The contractor shall submit design data, design drawings, detailed specifications of the crane.
