Supplying including installation, testing and commissioning of 250 KVA 11/0.433 KV Copper wound out door type oil filled 4 star Level- 2 transformer complete including all accessories like Earthing terminal, Liftung Lungs, Drain Valve, Oil Filling Hole with plug, Silicagel Breather, First filling of Oil as per IS355, Arcing Horn, Radiator, Air Release Plug, Conservator Tank etc. Transformer should be as per CEA guidelines as ammended up to date. (As required materials for the sub station will be measured and paid separately)

Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of G.I Steel tubular pole for extension of H.T line as per direction and specified by the Deptt. (Nezone/ consoul make)

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of disc/ pin insulator for 11 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supplying including installation of 11KV CT/PT combine metering system complete as required and as directed by the department. (Or as per APDCL)

Provision and including all necessary electrical protections, aluminium bus bar etc. The panel shall be of requisite rating of all components and adequate capacity to handle load as per lighting design standards envisaged

Supply of cable for wiring of luminate 2.5 sqmm copper round flexible (37 meter per light fitting x 52 fittings x 4 masts) total 7700 Meters.(each roll containing 100 mtrs)

Construction of suitable Civil foundation including cost of all required materials, cement, steel, rods, sand, gravel, bricks etc as per foundation drawing

Erection, testing and commissioning of the high mast with the help of suitable equipments (Crane/Hydra) and wiring of luminaries

Provision of G.I. Pipe Earthing for Mast and Panel with 3 mtr long GI pipe including connection to masts/panel with 25mm GI Flats (one no per Mast and 1 no Panel required)
