Leack Detection & Rectification of 5.5TRx12Nos Capacitor based air colled condensing unit eco friendly refrigerent, thermostatic expansion valve,scroll compressor arrangement for operation with DX type AHU & sutable for operation on 415+/-10% Volt, 50Hz, 3Phase AC supply, with protection of cranckcase heater, HP/LP cutouts,thermostats, power & control contracts for evaporator fans, condenser fan, compressors and matching condensing unit, isolator switch for condenser unit.
a) Vacumizing the whole system first by ussing double stage vacum pump.
b) Nitrogen filling in the cupper pipe line for detacting leackages.
c) By Brazing leackage rectification.
Supply and Installation of Filter Driers.
Supply And Installation of thermostatc expansion valve.
R407C Refrigerent Charging in the system.
Replacement of Voltas make Outdoor control PCB which can compact with the DX type AHU Control panel. (If required)
Replacement of scroll compressor for voltas make ductable unit(If required)
Supply & Installation of 2HP TEFC, 3phase motor should be compactability with VOLTAS unit for AHU capacity 4200-4400CFM or higher.
Rectification of AHU service door for air leakage problem.
Supply & Installation of Voltas make Control circuit moduler for comunicating betwen DX type AHU & Voltas make Outdoor Unit which can work with VFD contol system with timmer or without timmer setting.
Supply & Installation of Voltas make Corded Remote Control for temperature control.
Rectification of Electrical Conection of AHU control panel.
Replacement of Pre Filter in the section AHU Plenum chamber.
Rectification of mouth Connection in AHU Plenumm chamber.
Rectification of HITACHI make Split unit of model no-RMOG322HEDO.
