SPECIAL REPAIR TO 2.5 MVA 33 11 KV POWER TRANSFORMER AT MASIMPUR MIL STN

Taking down 2.5 MVA, 33/11 KV Power transformer from plinth with the help of hydraulic crane of suitable capacity for shifting of transformer from 33 KV Substation to workshop and return after repair to the substation and refixing the transformer at its original position or position as indicated complete all as directed. (Note: The cost of crane charges for loading / unloading at site and factory premises including transportation charges are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)

Repairing of 2.5 MVA, 33/11 KV Power Transformer including disconnecting the HT/LT connection, opening of transformer, lifting core and re-assembling after re-winding and overhauling including dehydration of transformer oil complete and testing after repair and connecting to HT/LT cable properly including testing of oil before and after completion all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Transformer shall be repaired by Original equipment Manufacturer or through APDCL approved workshop having valid license. (ii) Transformer shall be tested by SEI Command before repair and tested after repair at site. (iii) Transformer shall be repaired in the presence of BOO detailed by Accepting Officer. (iv) Report of all repair / testing shall be submitted before payment to the contractor. (v) Expenditure required for the above test shall be borne by the contractor.)

Material and labour for 2.5 MVA, 33/11 KV power transformer in repair for rewinding the unserviceable burnt out copper winding wire for HV side with copper conductor super enameled / DPC impregnated paper insulated as per existing gauge and turns with necessary insulating materials, varnishing, heating backing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 KV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling / topping up of transformer up to desired level including core washing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HV studs 33 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LT studs 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS Nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Copper Nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Tap changing switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing insulation materials complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Silicagel Breather with fresh Silica gel (3 Kg) complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing set of Gasket (rubberized cork) complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for painting of 2.5 MVA with synthetic enamel paint, two coats by spray painting of approved colour after scrapping of old paint, cleaning of all rusted portion surface including sign writing i.e MES No. Make, Capacity etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cold shrinkable type end termination cable jointing kit outdoor type suitable for XLPE insulated cable 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm size, 3 core, 11 KV including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
