Taking up or down for bore of pipes in 15 mm, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting chases in brick wall, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 10 cm but not exc 20cm girth ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bore of tube in 15 mm, Tubes, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting; laid in trenches, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub bases, floors and pavings etc.complete all as specified and directed.,

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub bases, floors and pavings etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 mix type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternative bays and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm, but n exc. 0.11 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in net cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/ rectanglar ) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n'exc 0.18 sqm , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match ver 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7 mm thick set and and jointed in cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match incl. Rendering 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified light shade ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectanglar ) polished, area of each tile not exceding 0.36 sqm , in floor/wall etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the surface,laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar (1:6),complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, cement concrete (reinforced), etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick, Precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) slab flooring, bedded, and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT bars 6mm dia and over upto and incl 8mm dia as in reinforced, incl binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,approns laid , bedded and pointed any mortar etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, textured finished of size 250 x 250 x 22 mm/ 300 x 300 x 22 mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment in floors to match with colour of tiles, over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mirror Polished shahabad stone flooring with slab of thickness 20-25 mm,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including grinding and polishing making smooth surface of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Polished shahabad stone slabs on skirting/dado of thickness 20-25 mm set & jointed in meat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3, including grinding and polishing making smooth surface of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: For all concrete works, plastering and screed bed river sand only shall be used.

M&L 5 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement on concrete surface of ceilings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali-resiatant primer and 1.5 mm thick Birla wall care putty on plastered surrfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified.

M & L Preparing newly plastered surfaces and apply three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exc. 1.5 sqm but n exc 4.00 each and removing to or from store, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Double Rebate windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick “D” Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM). Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be of 72x55mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12x12mm and section for shutter should be of 47mmx 20mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters, fly mesh and 20 mm provision for guard bars/ grills, fly mesh shutter section should be of 20x40mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket. Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap, Glazed Shutter section cut to length and mitre joint with corner bracket having lipping to cover the corners. Elixir, NCL or equivalent stay, handles, 2nos of heavy duty stain less steel pivot hinges, 2no’s towerbolts shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be paneled with 4mm thick plain float glass and S.S. Mesh for fly mesh shutter (304 grade). Rubber Gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of self expanding screws. Including 10mm square guard bars with 6” (152.4mm) pitch, complete for finished item of work complete all as specified and directed.
