(iii) In case, the tenderer is the OEM itself, firm should clearly specify acceptable make offered. (iv) In case, the tenderer is authorized agent/dealer/distributor of the specified OEM, firm should upload the Tender Specific authorization certificate issued by OEM along with the offer failing which the offer will be summarily rejected.
