M&L for attending, repair and rectification of external LT/HT electric supply complaints on 11000/1100 Volts grade, under ground / over head system along with necessary T & P, safety devices as per site requirement for the following type of complaints complete all as specified and directed:-

Replacement of LT blown out fuse as per existing capacity in any location of upto 200 Amps.

Replacement of wornout jumpers, jointing and tightening with new ACSR conductor. Note:- Single phase/two wire or 3 phase/4 wire system will be considered as one job for payment purpose.

Trimming/pruning and removing of tree branches or any other foreign objects from HT/LT over head conductor and clearing the OH Line of any type and size for one span of any length in 2 way /4 way/6 way conductor system. Notes: (i) Insulators of any type, connectors and ACSR conductor of any size required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (ii) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments to complete the job. (iii) Quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of Replacement of Insulators, Joining the ACSR Conductor, Jumpering and stringing the ACSR conductor etc.

Dismantling of defective insulators any size and any type from existing HT line/LT line , complete all as specified Note:- Insulators shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Disconnecting from over head conductor, cutting worn out portion of LT/HT cables of any type and size, carry out repairs including taking out cables from under ground loop line and rejoining the same to restore electric supply. Notes:- (i) LT/HT Jointing kits, LT XLPE Cables of any size, Cable protection Pipe if required at site will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting and removing the Pole coping and inserting the cable along with protection pipes.

All as per item Sl No1.06 above but from LT/HT switch gear/main switch board of any type and size including provision of suitable size of aluminum / copper cable lugs.

Dismantling of rusted/ broken over head conductor of any type and length as required at site including removing of forein objects if any from the over head lines and re-stringing by replacing rusted/damaged conductor with new conductor. Notes:- (i) ACSR conductor used for replacement will be measured and paid under respective items. (ii) quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of trimming of tree branches up to 1.5 Mtr around the conductor.

Replacement of faulty LT switch gear of any type and size fixed in panel board pole mounted boxes on walls or any other indicated places including provision of lugs/thimbles of suitable sizes. Note: - Switch gears will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Replacement of blown out DO fuse, 11 KV grade of any capacity. Notes: (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of Fuse wire of required gauge and necessary T & P required at site. (ii) No additional payments will be admissible for replacement of fuse in same system with an hour. (iii) Set of 3 fuses will be considered as one job for payment purpose.

Dismantling of corroded/ defective cross arms of MS channel or angle setion

Dismantling of steel poles/ concrete poles of an site an location for issue of schedule of credit

Notes for Item Nos 1.01 to 1.12:- (a) The contractor will be allotted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day complaints within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of sufficient cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consultation with Engr-in-Charge or JE E&M as detailed. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangement for emergency complaints and will notify authorised rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. (d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Secunderabad. (f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare utilized as per inventoy format given by AGE E/M, Secunderabd and the same shall be submitted to E/M No I store on daily basis.

M&L for stay assembly with all accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 of SSR Part I (2009) with 16 mm dia stay rod and including 7/2.24 mm size stay strand and stay clamps including dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note : Loop type insulator, excavation, earth work and concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M&L for cross arms, bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shapes or size as directed including applying two coat of quality aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer and fixed over RCC Pole/ steel poles of any height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of broken earth pit made out of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm center to centre both ways with hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting the existing LT steel poles of 9.0 Mtr long including cross arms, clamps, street light junction boxes etc with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including throughly cleaning the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle 15 cm with black paint on poles. Painting the poles up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height (3 Nos black and 2 Nos Yellow) from ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. M&L for calibration of water pump complete, overhauling, replacing of gaskets, nuts, washers etc and reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine and testing including taking down the old unservicable water pump of any capacity of DG set from the engine and taking it out side work to workshop, complete all as specified and directed:-

DG Set of capacity above 100 KVA and up to to 125 KVA

DG Set of capacity above 125 KVA and up to 250 KVA

M & L for dismantling & disconnecting all connection of the cylinder heads from diesel engine and sent to OEM authorised Service center for calibration and repairs by replacing the spares such as Valves, Value Guides, Valves seats and repairs kit and re-assembling to its original position with necessary Engine cylinder head gasket and O rings for the following capacities including testing complete all as specified and directed:-

DG Set of capacity upto 40 KVA

DG Set of capacity above 100 KVA and up to to 125 KVA

DG Set of capacity above 125 KVA and up to 250 KVA

Supply&Fixing of 200/5 Amps Current transformers -03Nos(in three phases) including necessary wiring & misc accessroies for satisfactory completion of job taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of the DG Sets of the above 25 KVA and up to 82.5 KVA capacity including degreasing and spray painting the DG sets with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and writing SM/MES No including painting on concrete surfaces of foundations with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of the DG Sets of the above 82.5 KVA and up to 125 KVA capacity including degreasing and spray painting the DG sets with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and writing SM/MES No including painting on concrete surfaces of foundations with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of the DG Sets of the above 125 KVA and up to 250 KVA capacity including degreasing and spray painting the DG sets with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and writing SM/MES No including painting on concrete surfaces of foundations with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of microprocessor based control unit suitable to DG set of 200 KVA to 250 KVA capacity with all listed parameters as per recomendation including testing complete all as specified and directed.
