M&L for cutting of vegetation / grass shrubs using grass cutting machine including cutting of shrubs, bushes, small plants etc which not comes under category of trees by manually on runway, taxi track, dispersal and W/T pad sides upto GL & cutting of bushes including grubbing up small plants and removing the waste to a distance exc 7 km outside the periphery of the airfield area complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 above for the same location after a minimum gap of one month or more than one month or as and when required basis after first cutting all as directed.

M&L for dry sand filling over SGA including spreading, leveling and ploughed to form furrows to an angle of 30 degrees proportionally to the existing ground. [Sand shall be coarse sand as approved of size (Single sized sand shall be 2.36mm may defined in terms of passing through sieve as 100% passing from 4.7mm sieve and 100% retained on 1.18 mm sieve) complete all as specified and as directed]. Note : (i) Mode of measurement shall be truck measurement/truck body (internal consolidated) measurements and depth will be measured after levelling the top surface of sand before unloading the sand. (ii) Coarse sand brought by contractor for laying at SGA area shall be sieved before execution of work @ 5 % of Qty of sand from truck load, randomly, from each and every truck to ascertain the requirement of specification of sand brought to site. (iii) The rate quoted for this item by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive for these provisions.
