REPAIR, MAINTENANCE TO SEWAGE PUMP SETS, SLUDGE PUMP, AIR BLOWERS, SEWAGE PIPE LINES, PPR PIPES, VALVES, FILTERAION PLANT, ELECTRIC PANELS AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES OF VARIOUS SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS AT AYODHYA CANTT UNDER AGE(I) AYODHYA.

Material and labour for cleaning of Raw Sewage Collection Sump having depth up to 10.0 meters of various sizes / capacities / shapes at Sewage Treatment Plants loacted at Ayodhya Cantonment area by dewatering and pumping out existing accumulated raw sewage from the underground by deploying external non-clog sewage disposal pump sets, including diversion of sewage to the nearby STP and/or disposal through approved municipal sewage tankers, as required at site and/or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge; draining, isolating, and ventilating the underground sump and carrying out complete cleaning by strictly following all applicable safety measures and confined space entry procedures; removal of accumulated sewage, sludge, grit, silt, scum, rags, and other debris from the sump bottom, walls, benches, channels, and inlet/outlet zones by manual and/or mechanical means, including scrapping and wire brushing as necessary; washing and high-pressure water jetting of all internal surfaces to remove adhered deposits, followed by disinfection and deodorization using approved chemicals and final rinsing with fresh water to render the sump clean, hygienic, and fit for operation; collection, loading, transportation, and disposal of all removed waste materials at approved disposal locations in compliance with local environmental and statutory regulations. The item shall include provision of all labour, supervision, pumps, tools and tackles, safety equipment, PPE, ventilation arrangements, disinfectants, transportation, and all incidental works, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) All type of T&P including portable non-clog pump / super soccer machine for pumping out residual water before cleaning and Labour etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor will dispose off the Sludge/ Waste material to a distance exceeding 1.5km but n. exc .2km outside MD land at isolated place as directed by Engr-in-Charge.]

M&L for Cleaning of sludge drying beds removing all sludges and de-scaling vegetation on the inside and outside of sludge bed and white washing (Two Coat) including Cleaning the surroundings area of the sludge drying beds to a distance of 3 mtrs circumstance including cutting of grass digging out roots, filling holes and levelling around and removing waste materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs complete including masonary work to make good the surfaces as required at site all as directed.

Disconnecting electric connections from LT control pannel and starter of Non clogging submersible pump set of any size 3 HP to 5 HP and removing the pipe line connections from discharge side and taking out sub pump set alongwith, column pipe from Sewage sump with the help of chainpully including transportion to wksp for repair if required including replacement of rusted nuts bolts,rubber gasket complete and re-assembling /refitting at work site after cleaning non clog submersible pump complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Worn out spares shall be replaced with new and measured & paid as supply only as under:-

Rewinding of submersible motor upto 5 HP.

Supply only Mechanical seal upper.
