Supplying and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm thick rigid PVC foam sheet, mitre cut at two corners and joined with two Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19mm x 19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket and weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long MS screws through the frame using PVC fasteners. Aluminum of four Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and miniumum of two nos of screws for each horizontal member complete as per Manufacturer’s specification and drawing and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width & stick inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert fort top rail and bottom. Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing as mentioned on Page 156 of SSR-2010 Part-II, complete all as specified.
