Amount

Excavation in trenches, for laying of pipe line not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 30 cm in width not exceeding 90 cm in depth for passing of GI/CI pipes all as specified and directed . Note : Making good with PCC shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item.

M & L for cement concrete(1;2;4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate for repairing to disturded surfaces complete all as directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains bore (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints, including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:-

M&L for connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth for upto 150 mm bore all as specified and as directed

M&L for replacement of gland packing of sluice valve of suitable size 80 mm to 200 mm bore including nut ,bolt and washer complete.

Material & Labour to repair leakages through lead joints from existing CI pipe, fittings, tee, bends tail pieces, connecting pieces etc by using previously used and additional run lead , spun yarn including caulking to make the joints water tight including excavation works as required complete all as specified and directed for the following bore pipe line :-

(a) 150 mm bore pipe

(b) 100 mm bore pipe

(c) 80 mm bore pipe

Attending of day to day complaints of external water supply of all nature i.e. leakage in water pipe lines ,fittings /fixture , no water supply including all type of complaint noted in complaint register all complaints slips received from the complaint cell and deposit the complaint slip after reactification and obtained signature of users with necessary T & P with experianced trade man with GI fittings i.e. elbow,tee,reducer,union,long screw socket ,nipple ,plug etc complete all as directed . Note : The complaint shall be attended and defect shall be rectified with in 24 hrs commencing from the date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 100 per complaint per day shall be recovered from BIll.

Taking up/ down of following bores of steel tubing and connections from excavated trenches and building up to tripple storey with due care from site complete all as specified and directed for the following bore pipe line :-

(a) 15 mm nominal bore

(b) 20 mm nominal bore

(c) 25 mm nominal bore

(d) 40 mm nominal bore

Supply & Fixing of following bore of GI tube medium grade/ ISI marked complete with all fittings (such as bends, elow, tees, connectors, caps, plugs, unions etc) including cutting, screwing as required and fixed to wall or roof or laid in plinth protection floor including fixing wall hooks, cutting through wall, floors etc and making good the disturbed surface with cement mrtar 1:3 after fixing the tubes complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes. Repair / daily maintenance of chloronome plant (Granuals based dosing plant) as per manufacturers reccomendation which include the following::- (i) Replacement of unserviceable warnout spare parts. (ii) Cleaning of plant room once in a week. (iii) Daily Checking of Chlorination plants /testing of complete system for serviceability of plant. (iv) Daily Testing of chlorine at consumer end with medical authority and maintained chlorine test record . (v) Routine maintenance and servicing of Agitator of by using necessary lubricant, replacement of bush/bearing, alingning the shaft , key etccomplete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Any other spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevent item of Sch 'A' as supply & rate of fixing is deemed to be included. (b) If any defect found in plant contractor should rectify the defect with in 24 Hrs, if failed to rectify the decfect the contractor shall be liable to pay compensation Rs 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per plant per day. (c) All spares of dozing pump shall be purchased from original manufacturer as per existing make and type.

Repair and rewinding of submersiable pump set of capacity 30/40/41 HP with PVC insulated /coated copper winding wire of existing gauge with other winding material including rewinding of motor, repalcement of insulating paper sleeves bamboo sticks etc as per starnadrad manufacturer specification including cleaning of starter slots and replacement of defective parts and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In - Charge

Dismantling of pump and motor set complete cleaning all dismentalled spare/parts /winding for inspection of Engg in charge to acrtain the scope of works for repair and replacements complete all as specified and as directed.

Machining work required for repair to submirsible pump set by straightning polishing of pump shaft. Making screw and key way, including replacement of wornout parts re-assembling pump after repair for smooth functioning of pump.
