PART - A Recharge Shaft

Item No. 1-Site preparation/cleaning

Item No. 2 - Drilling Of borewell 150 mm dia (in soil & murum strata 200/215 mm dia.) in hard rock 150 mm by D.T.H. machine including transportation of machine at work site.

Item No. 3 - Providing, Supplying, Lowering, handling & grouting 180 mm dia. PVC casing pipe (6 kg/cm2) (IS 4985-1988)

Item No. 4 - Providing, Supplying & Fixing 180 mm dia PVC Borewell Endcap

Item No. 5 - Provision for perforation of PVC Casing pipe

Item No. 6 - Providing Chicken Mesh for wrapping around the PVC casig pipe including 5% fabrication losses etc. complete

Item No. 7- Excavation in soft murum for filter pit etc. complete

Item No. 8 - Excavation in Hard Murum for filter pit etc. complete

Item No. 9 - Excavation in Soft rock without blasting for filter pit etc. complete

Item No. 10 - Providing at site of works ISI standard RCC pipes of NP-3 class 900 mm dia. and 2.0 m length (with pre cast perforation) including cost of all central and local taxes, octroi, inspection, transportation, etc. complete including cost of RCC collar, etc. complete.

Item No. 11 - Lowering, laying RCC pipes of 900 mm diameters including all leads and lifts, cost of jointing material, labour, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Item No. 12 - Providing & laying in situ Cement Concrete (R.C.C.) cover cap for 900 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe with two hooks for lifting and handling etc.

Item No. 13 - Transportation of 900 mm RCC pipes (with pre cast perforation) from factory to site of works for average distance of 30km (RS.162/-) 50 km (Rs.252.73) 65 km (Rs.296.14)

Item No. 14 - CRANE HANDLING CHARGES C.I./D.I./B.W.S.C./ M.S./R.C.C. pipes of all classes having individual weight more than 300 kg. & also other heavy materials, valves, machinery having individual weight more than 300 kg. loading and unloading .

Item No. 15 - Providing and filling coarse, fine sand of approved quality including watering and compacting in side R.C.C pipe and pit.

Item No. 16 - Providing & Filling 20 mm gauge pebbles as filter media in between the welded mesh and RCC pipe inside the Pit also inside the RCC Pipe.

Item No. 17 - Providing & Filling 40 mm gauge pebbles as filter media in between the welded mesh and RCC pipe inside the Pit also inside the RCC Pipe.

Item No. 19 - Photography & Video shooting etc complete per Recharge Shaft (min 3 photo i.e.initial stage, work in progress stage and completion stage) basic rate Rs. 150 (per photo & video shooting)*3 Photos= Rs. 504.00

PART- B RECHARGE TRENCH

Item No.20 Excavation in all kinds of soil & Soft murum including boulders up to 0.6 m diameter (0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc. complete with lead up to 15 m and all lifts as directed.

Item No.21 Excavation in hard murum including boulders up to 0.6 m diameter (0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc., complete with lead up to 15 m and all lifts as directed.

Item No.22 Excavation in soft rock without blasting including boulders up to 0.6 m diameter (0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drain / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated soft rock neatly in dump area or for formation of service road including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc. complete with lead up to 15 m and all lifts as directed.
