M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in proper slope/gradient etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, foot path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit depth not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth using GI earth wire of 4 mm dia by means of of nuts, bolts and washer and check nuts of GI or steel as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR-2009 (Part-I) and connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with and including 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 metre long for earth including PCC (1:2:4) pit with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover, 40mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars @ 100mm both ways with lifting hooks made out of 6mm dia MS bars, watering arrangement with 20mm dia light grade pipe, funnel, wire mesh, common salt chorcoal, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including taking down of old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified.
