Taking up broken sewage pipe line in average depth 1.00mtr, replacing the same with new SGWG pipes including jointing with cement joints, benching and hunching with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for 150mm bore SWG pipe line including excavation and earth work and returning, filling in trenches and removal of soil upto 50m complete all as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes & rendering, cutting out exiting for & forming branch channel(1/2) round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finishing and reforming benching as required for size of pipe 150m dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘ B’ Bricks straight or curved on plan exec 6 mtr mean radius with CM 1: 6

Material & Labour for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for walling of random rubble uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 but except stone.

Extra over random rubble stone walling uncoursed for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing to face beds & joints,hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20 mm on sand stone complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls ,concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surface mixed with liquid water proofing compound using as per manufacturer's instrutions &surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- Supply of WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Extra for forming fair finishing drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered /stopped ends etc complete all as specified land directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching, kerbs including use and waste of form work where necessary complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 40mm thick stone slab in desired size of width exc.0.4m and length exc.1.00 m n.exc 1.50m with all edges machine cut, set and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with approved pigment to match.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drain channel, drain benching complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for pre-cast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in slabs/cover slabs for manhole, shelves etc. set in cement mortar (1:4) and finished cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars, 8 mm dia and over in reinforcement, handles of manholes. clamps , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping or column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of sludge from septic tanks / manholes of any size and depth and burying the sludge in pits with suitable depth & filled by earth out side the building perimeter including earth work and removal of same n exc 50 m complete all as directed. Note - Dewatering of water or mud will not be paid only sludge to be paid

Mechanically pumping out sewage liquid form from septic tanks / manholes of any size and depth and removal the same to distance n exc 50 m out side of the building perimeter including any type of T&P required etc dewatering of water complete all as directed.

Cleaning of all blockages in sewage line of any type and any dia of sewer lines, manholes of any section and any depth, in any situation by way of cleaning/desludging foreign materials as well as blockage of sewage line in between successive manholes manually / mechanically including desludging where required and ordered by Engineer-in-Charge and keeping sewer line functional from floor traps, water closet, soil waste / vent pipe, gully trap upto final drop / outlet into septic tank / central sewage system terminating in other joining zone / area or into sewage wells complete all as specified and directed. Note : One persons are required with T&P/ mechanical equipments shall be provided by contractor on each working day for 08 hours per day to clear the blockage of sewage line/manhole on day to day complaint basis by users.

Dismantling of fencing wiremesh, any type

S & F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in cement concrete and making good disturbed ground.

Dismantling of wrought or MS work of any description etc as directed.

Supply and fixing chain link fencing any size & mesh including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling the undulation, foundations filling and mass concrete.

Supply & Fixing MS work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply & Fixing MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Supply & Fixing MS framed work such as framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete.
