PART-A (ELECTRICAL WORK):- Design, supply, fabrication, fixing, testing and commissioning of LED Signage using letters made up of 5 mm thick acrylic sheet (or better) at Front, Face trim and backing with 1.5 mm thick (or better) 316 grade Stainless steel and side framing with 1.2 mm thick (or better) 316 grade Stainless steel with CNC/laser cutting and Machine bending (as per letter size), includes LED for illumination, Driver for power supply and timer for on/off at preset time complete in all respect as per the Technical specification, approved design. (At all height).

Design, supply, fabrication, fixing, testing and commissioning of AIIMS Raipur Logo made up of 5 mm thick Acrylic sheet (or better) with latex print vinyl at Front, Face trim and backing with 1.5 mm thick (or better) 316 grade Stainless steel and side framing with 1.2 mm thick (or better) 316 grade Stainless steel with CNC/ laser cutting and Machine bending (as per letter size), includes LED for illumination, Driver for power supply and timer for on/off at preset time complete in all respect as per the Technical specification and approved design. (At all height).

Supply, fabrication and fixing of Aluminium Composite panel made up with 4 mm thick ACP sheet having 0.5mm foil thickness (or better) supported with aluminium pipes & angles fixed with aluminium cleat screws, fastener etc. as required complete in all respect as per the Technical specification and approved design. (At all height).

Supplying and Laying of 4 sqmm 3 core FRLS PVC insulated copper Cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required complete in all respect.

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

PART-B(CIVIL WORKS:- Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (At all height)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete (At all height) A) Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 m dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. A) 10 x 120 mm

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (At all height) A) In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (At all height) A) Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : A) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : A) Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts
