Scarifying or picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc. 400 sqm ,exc. 50mm and not exc. 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient with granite ,trap or basalt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of WBM surface of road by brushing with wire brushing for removing cracked mud etc sweeping with brooms finally fanning cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer /tack coat, using tetanic bituminous primer at the rate of 10Kg per 10 Sqm and applying 40mm thick (consolidated Thickness ) premixed hot mix Asphaltic semidense concrete carpet using 5.5% binder content ( VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix including rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Laying shall be done by means of self propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant. (iii) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

M & L for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc on bituminious surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sign glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area confirming to MORTH & BIS speciication of thickness 2 to 2.50mm thick of colour/shade as approved and applied with machine as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface by removal of dust, dirt, oil, grease etc cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. complete all as specified and directed. Make: SUN EYES / 3M / Dark Eye

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4 ) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stones, PCC block for delinator etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for continuous brick edging with sub class 'B' bricks of old side, width equal to the depth of the brick; laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old laid bedded and pointed in any mortar Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 80 mm thick machine pressed precast interlocking paver block (glossy finished) any shape and size as approved by GE conferming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 grade, with grey cement and pigment over sand filling complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Sand filling shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone boulders masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins , arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks with using Modular size Brick , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including dismantling old brick works complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixing with WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid Water proofing compound PIDIPROOF LW+ of Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved.

M & L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete in surface channels and drains in type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes not exceeding 1 sqm area including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in road,path etc cutting around edges at least 30mm in depth & making good by filling in ,screened and graded road metal,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm of VG-10 grade paving bituminous binder complete all as specified and directed.
