Dismantling the existing worn out/rusted ducts and existing XLPE 13mm insulation at various places with the help of cutting machine/grinder, removing the same from site and supplying, fabrication , testing commissioning of 0.8mm thick GI sheet duct sheet (metal rectangular ducting) complete with neoprene rubber gaskets. elbows,vanes, hangers. supports etc. complete at site including pasting of high grade 13mm XLPE matsheet inside on the existing new duct with the help of good quality fevicol/sticking material as per satisfaction of site engineer

Dismantling of existing XLPE 13mm insulation on various ducts at Ground Floor Palika Health Complex, Dharam MArg with with the help of cutting machine /grinder at various height levels with the help of long ladders , cleaning the duct by scrubbing brushes, making it smooth and pasting of high grade 13mm XLPE mat sheet on the existing new duct with the help of good quality fevicol/sticking material to protect it complete job as per satisfaction of site engineer.

Providing, installing, testing, and commissioning of a factory-fabricated Air Handling Unit (AHU) of 3600 CFMcapacity, suitable for use in a centralized air conditioning system as with mentioned in item no 1 in this schedule of work. The AHU shall be of double-skin construction with PUF insulation (minimum 25 mm thick panels) having thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.022 W/mK. The outer casing shall be made of 0.6 mm pre-coated galvanized steel and the inner casing of 0.5 mm plain galvanized steel. The unit shall be complete with a highefficiency cooling coil made of copper tubes and aluminium fins, suitable for chilled water or refrigerant operation, with an SS-304 drain pan duly sloped for proper drainage. It shall include a DIDW (Double Inlet Double Width) centrifugal fan, statically and dynamically balanced, either belt-driven or direct driven, mounted on vibration isolators with flexible duct connections. The AHU shall be equipped with a high-efficiency motor (IE2/IE3 grade), suitable for 415V, 3-phase, 50 Hz power supply. A filter section with EU-4/G4 grade washable synthetic pre-filters shall be provided along with filter mounting frames. The unit shall also include gasketed hinged access doors, a heavy-duty galvanized steel base frame for floor-mounted installation, and be capable of delivering an air volume of 3600 CFM (±5%) at an external static pressure as per site requirement. The AHU shall be supplied with all necessary accessories including vibration isolators, drain piping, and control panel interface. The complete unit shall be of make as suitable with the item mentioned in item no 01, factory-tested, and installed in accordance with standard engineering practices, and commissioned to the full satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge.
