5 HP Submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with Set water proof suitable size motor having following specification :- Duty condition - 233-100 LPM, Head- 55-123 Mtr Shaft-stainless steel, Impeller- S.S / GM, Outlet Size: 50mm ., Motor, Submersible type 3 Ph , 50Hz, 415 Volt ± 10% 2900 RPM, Motor must be suitable for operation with star delta starter/Dol.(Test certificate along with characteristic curve should be submitted at the time of delivery). CORA 7D/25+UMAI100-3.7/22/ others (KSB or approved make)

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed (P/H to T/W-III)

Supply, delivery and storage of the following pipes, valves and specials at site:

50 mm dia. UPVC standard type column pipe (cream color) with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. Make: Ashirbad

Supply and delivery of MU-G6 ( DOL) strater panel board conforming to ISl3947 and IEC 947 of suitable HP rating for operation in 3Ø, 415V, 50Hz, comprising of ammeter, voltmeter, thermal overload relay,2 pole magnetic contactor, under voltage protection, indicating lamp, capacitors, on/off push buttons including 5 way connector, wiring with l/1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire, powder coated vermin proof box of following capacities:- 5 H.P. (Relay Range 6-10 Amp.) Cat No- SS97756COVO, HSN Code 8536]

Suitable Kiosk box for cable connection of submersible pump motor set with degree of protection IP 65 including suitable legs and 6 Nos. Al. Bus bar for 32 Amps and all necessary earthing arrangement and insulator as per direction of EIC.

Making CC foundation for support of the kiosk box after excavating the earth upto a depth of 0.6 Mtr below the GL including supply of all materials complete with 12 mm thick cement plastering with net cement finishing complete as per direction of EIC (size: 3' x 1' x 5')

Making CC foundation for support of the the tubewell with supply of brick/concrete (5 ft) to suport the projected part of tubewell and foundation for fitting fixing as per suitable brick /concreat support as per direction of EIC.

Installation of Submersible pumping machinery to newly sunk tubewell along with column pipes (as required), top cover, valves, and specials of above with protection pipe and supply of MS clamp, nut bolt, cable gland socket etc. making inerconnection of the pump delivery line to pump collecting main line near tubewell with supply of all necceasary pipe, reducer/enlarger, GI/MS specials etc. including brick, sand, cement, rod etc and laying & drawing of all actuator cable & cable protection pipe as required and all to complete the job including all connection & testing commissioning as per direction of EIC.

Fitting, fixing for earthing & protection items

Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long with TATA-Medium GI pipe with a provision to connect 25mm X 6mm GI flat strip complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Supplying & fixing of earth Busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 25mm X 6mm on wall having clearance of 6mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulator etc as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20mm X 3mm galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection of equipments incld. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Collection of water samples from T/W-III for physical, chemical and bacteriological test in stabilized bottles maintaning proper procedures & carrying to designated PHE laboratories & report collection and submission of reports in triplicate as per Direction of EIC. [ The rate are exclusive of cost of testing]
