Repair work of damaged bearings of the bridge on Utangan river situated at Km-1 of Kheragarh Lakhanpura ODR road in Agra district

Strip Seal Expansion Joint Replacement of existing damaged expansion joint by Providing and laying of Strip Seal Expansion Joint System, including cleaning of gaps, dismantling of deck slab portion near expansion joint, wearing coat etc. and back filling of the recess up to final finish level with concrete of grade M - 35, complete as per approved drawing(s), M.O.R.T&H technical specification section 2607. (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Lifting of superstructure span by jacking up from below i.e. by placing the jacks on pier/abutment caps for span length of 30m.Lifting of deck uniformly by deploying appropriate hydraulic jacks in combination with screw jacks with centerlized power pack up to 50 mm to facilitate for rectification of existing bearing appropriately without damaging the girders. After complection of the restoration of main girders at support stengthening / restoration of pedesral by micro concrete / polymer concrete / epoxy mortar with reinforcement cage replacement of proposed according previously damaged metalic bearing rockers and roller same and specified design (all items will be extra ) lowering of deck shall be carried out to its original position without causing any damage to the deck as per drawing and standard practice. The item includes of all labour ,materials , equipment etc. complete as per direction and intructions of Engineer in charge including MORTH & H technical specification ( clause 2810 ) (one span-4 bearing) (Sl-17.15). Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1. (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

All charges manufacturing and , replacement of GI Drainage spout as per Morth specifications complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation. including cost of all materials, Labour, cess T&P etc. and all taxes complete but Excluding GST. GP2 grouting material applying and concreting work M35 in Expension both ends including cost of form work including supply of all material labour T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed al.: under pressure, comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregatas, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively, water cement rátio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000 kg/cum, strength not less than 25 Mpa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6.
