Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam,clay orsand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30 m & including filling,watering and ramming of excavated earth into trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the pilnth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil,excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers,including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.50m lift & 30m lead.The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m distance as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8(1 cement:4 coarse sand: 40 mm niminal size) including supply of all materials,labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors complete. SI no-281

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge (Size 60X30X15 cm)

Earth work in Filling for construction of Road sub base with ordinary soil by carted earth from 8.00 KM distance outside the I.A including watering,dressing etc.loading and unloading upto site of work.Also including cost of earth,taxes, Royalty,labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per M0RTH specification 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per M0RTH specification 406

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per M0RTH specification 502

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.00% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control ti the required grade , level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clauses 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying 25mm thick bituminous concrete layer with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.20% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clauses 507 complete in all respects.

Supply & laying of factory made 80 mm thick rubber moulded Intrelocking cement concrete tiles (30 mpa) Including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding / laying of Interlocking tiles levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope , filling joints with fine sand Including the cost of material, labour T & P etc. required for Including cost of bedding sand and joint filling with sand & all material , labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectrorising glass beeds @ 250 gms per sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35. The finish surface to be lavel, uniform and free from streaks and holes. composition of thermoplastic meterial shall be as per table 800-3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of all meterial, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as direction by engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing of pavment Makers (Cat Eye) Type X-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennison/3-M (USA Make) consisting of ASA plastic housing fitted with tightly aderent plotting compound. The housing shall contain prismatic two glass coverd prismatic reflective face to reflect light I/C all taxes.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work ( Two or more coats applied @1.43ltr/10sqm over including priming coat of exterior ptomer applied @2.20ltr/10sqm) ( appex Ultima,Weather coat all guard ) asian ,berger.Si 13.46.1

Supply and fixing of plants 1.0 to 1.50m height orantamental / Flower / shurbs / heges / other type as approved by deppt. Including cost of plants,cartage,all taxes,cow dung manure,watering etc complete with one year maintenance period as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge.
