Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 5.00 here-in-above but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked), finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished fair & even complete all as specified.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course of floors and roofs 25mm thick finished fair & even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab 10 to 15mm thick , as in riser of step, skirting, dado etc. laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete for post holes .

M&L factory made 60mm thick vibratory moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

M&L factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

M&L for factory made 80mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-40 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb block with plain fair faces, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle throating, with plain or interlocking joints and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete, all as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ all as specified and directed.

&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) (Ist quality), polished, coloured (dark shed / double charged / ultra charged as approved), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exc .42 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) (Ist quality), polished, coloured (dark shed / double charged / ultra charged as approved), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exc .42 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) (Ist quality), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) (Ist quality), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) Ist quality 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite slab of approved shade, as in platform etc, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) including required cutting to suit the size of oval type wash hand basin over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
