Rectifying complaints of bathroom / kitchen / WHB / urinals / WCs of any pattern by cleaning the blockage upto frist manhole and make it fully functional by flushing with sufficient water including disposal of sludge etc away from residential area and burring in borrow pits (Earth work if any and making good to distrubed surface shall be deemed to be included in unit rate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:-(a)Unit rate quoted shall include taking out sludge away from residential area and burring in borrow pits. (b) The payment shall be done by complaint wise. (c) The period of rectifying each complaints is maximum 48 hrs and in case of failure to rectify the complaint in the stipulated period the necessary recovery at the rate of Rs 200 / per day per complaint shall be deducted from next due to contractor without any notice. (d) The contractor shall provide cleaning personal along with tools,bucket ,etc to rectify the complaints. (e) Comllaint slip shall be produced at the tiime of claiming the payment. (f) Minimum one person shall be present on all working days between 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs to attend the above complaints and reporting the progress to AGE B/R-I sub division.

Opening of cover of any description and de-sluding of Septic tanks/Soakage well/manholes/ pits of any size and depth by mechanical pumping (Truck moulded) by plugging inlet as requried, remove it from MD premises at his own arrangment and burried it in pit as per direction of Civil Administration, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -In- Charge including carrying the effluent and re-instating the manholes cover to its original postion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(The quoted rate includes for keeping the particular septic tank undertaken once for de-sludging functional for full contract period) Notes:-(a)Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out sludge from Septic tanks in liquid or semi liquid out side defence area and burning in borrow pits as per direction of Civil Administration.
Sucking out sewage water through sewage tanker from the man hole/septic tank/ soakage well in different location and disposal (5000 ltr capacity) by using high pressure super sucker machine vehicle mounted jetting cum suction unit to be capable of air lifting of dense waste/ sludge like mud slurry, small stones, debries, grit etc from sewer lines, through vacuum mode and capable of jettig sewer lines of dia 150mm to 450mm including skilled driver and operator for supervising of cleaning of sewage line and also required sludge/silt/mud/debries etc of out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Pumping and Loring rates are include in this item and same shall not be operated along with items 3 to 6 hereinbefore. It is duty of contractor to inform concerned JE whenever they bring suction machine.
Supply and fixing HDPE DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipes confirming to IS-16098 of 152mm & 180mm internal & external dia respectively, pressure rating SN-8 fixed with rubber seal and copler required with and including suitable bends 90/60/5 degree etc single Y junction, complete to the depth as required fixed as per manufacturer instruction laid in trenches for sewage lines and sand filling as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rates included for pipe, bends any size and type, Y Jn coupler/ adaptor etc required and net total length of pipe with fittings shall be measured for payment purpose. Rate quoted by the contractor shall also include (a) Making surface under sewage pipe to required gradient for smooth flow of sewage (b) Clearing of grass, bushes and extra dumped soil if required on the route of sewage line, manhole approx 3 meter wide are deemed to include in the quoted rates by the contractor and no extra payment shall be made on this account.
Supply & Laying 300mm bore reinforced cement concrete (RCC) pipes, class NP-2 with one collar per length of pipe, including connecting to existing manholes by cutting out and making the surface good to pipe and rendering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth in any type of soil including Demoliton/breaking of drain pipes with haunching etc (salt glazed stone ware,AC or reinforced concrete pipes) set in cement mortar and taking out off the trenches and removing the debris from the site all as spd for any dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
All as per srl item No 10 here-in-above but for depth exc. 1.5m deep beyond the first 1.5m depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Returning Filling in,including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for dismantelling wrought iron or mild steel work of any dsecription not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
