Carrying out optical survey along boundary wall area, taking ground spot level at every 5m interval, drawing prominent topographical features, fixing of boundary markings at every 30 mtr interval by anchoring steel member in the cement mortar up to 300 mm depth or making burjis/marking pedestals wherever required, preparing comprehensive survey drawings in AUTOCAD format etc. as per the standard survey methodology and direction of NPCIL Engineer Rates are inclusive of instrument, labour etc

Earthwork Excavation in all Sorts of Soil for foundation trenches, walls, , footings, pedestals, columns and for all other miscellaneous foundation works etc., including Cutting / removing & clearance of jungle, bushes, grass & creepers etc. Shoring, strutting, bailing out water [if necessary], dressing, levelling & hand ramming he bottom of foundation base using wooden hand rammer with proper watering, refilling the sides of the foundation with excavated available good quality of Soil, levelling & hand ramming the sides of foundation base using wooden hand rammer with proper watering, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform collecting & disposing the waste soil or surplus soil, generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and laying PCC, M-15 using 20 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality stones / rubbles for plinth, floor & drain bedding & all other various miscellaneous PCC works including preparation of base by closed hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces; racking out the adjoining masonry joints and cleaning, machine mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing removing staging / platform, providing; fixing & removing formwork, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights.

Providing & Constructing Masonry with approved C. C. Solid Blocks of size 400 X 200 X 200 mm / 300 X 200 X 200 mm, having crushing strength not less than 45 Kgs/cm2 and confirming to the BIS 2185 part-I of the latest edition, in CM 1:5 for foundations, trenches, walls, drains, plinths and all other miscellaneous masonry works etc. including simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Providing and laying RCC, M25, using 20 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded of hard, durable and approved quality for RCC works including mixing [volumetric / as directed by Engineer-in-charge] including preparation of base by closed hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces; racking out the adjoining masonry joints and cleaning, machine mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, leveling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing removing staging / platform, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights.

Providing and laying reputed make high yield strength deformed Reinforcement Bars of all diameters confirming to IS:1786 [latest edition] including preparation of base, cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & providing & tying using binding wire of suitable gauge [soft annealed binding wire] for all insitu concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured properly] ,providing, fixing removing staging / platform, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights.

Providing, placing and removing formwork for all in-situ concrete works including providing, fixing & removing cantering, shuttering, supports, brackets, clips, preparation of surface etc, providing, fixing removing staging / platform, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights. NOTE: The measurement shall be made for the form work in contact with concrete surface.

Casting of M30 grade concrete for various precast members like footing, columns, supporting members, flanks etc., required to complete pre-cast fencing, curing for specified period transportation to the location and installation of members as detailed in drawings and specifications and sequence as directed by Engineer in charge. Note - (1) Rates are inclusive of concrete, form work/ moulds/polythene sheet for precast members, Casting, Transportation, loading, unloading, stacking, erection in the position, expansion joint using perforated filler board etc. complete 2) Steel Reinforcement shall be paid separately in relevant item.

Fabricating "Y" pole members and other miscellaneous items using GI box section and fixing / erecting the same in position to true line level & plumb. ,The scope also includes applying Two Coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of asian paints / berger make, of approved shade / colour etc., providing; fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing & Fabricating gates, hand rails, frames of panels, purlins, rafters, horizontal / vertical / cross members, columns, beams, trusses and all other miscellaneous new & modification to existing structure/s including providing standard MS Steel Sections which are required for executing this work and fixing / erecting the same in position to true line level & plumb, preparation of base, providing & fixing hilty bolts [of approved quality] of suitable dia. & length, preparation of base, providing & painting One Coat of approved Zinc Phosphate Primer of asian paints / berger make and Two Coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of asian paints / berger make, of approved shade / colour etc., providing; fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Fencing with G.I. barbed wire 14 x14 weighing 8.6 kg per 100 m (minimum) fixed between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50nos rounds per 6 metre length, with existing iron structure all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge,
