Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers (Asian,cico,durabuild or equivelent Brand as approved by E/I) having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with 7 years Warranty NSI

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 mtr. and lead upto 30 m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches.

Earth filling under floors I/C cost of earth when obtained from out side board's area including its carriage I/C watering, ramming in 20 cm. layers & dressing of earth etc. all complete.

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge 1st class brick ballast (Class 150) coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Ist Class brick (class 150) work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand (FM1.8 to 2.50) mortar but in supper structure but for wall of one brick thick including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Cement concrete with 2 cm. gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) & cement in proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and 2 cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast like grainite, quartzite etc from Dalla, Jhansi or other quarries and approved coarse sand in proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement & its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with binding wire, including cost of all other materials labour and T&P.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and 2 cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast like grainite, quartzite etc from Dalla, Jhansi or other quarries and approved coarse sand in proportion 1:1.5:3 in slab, excluding supply of reinforcement & its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with binding wire, including cost of all other materials labour and T&P . (CSI No. 5.24)

TMT/Tor steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping and binding wire include. (Steel shall be arranged by the contractor)

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

6 mm. thick plaster with 1:3 cement & coarse sand including labour, materials & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & six part of coarse sand(1:6),minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

3mm thick floating coat of Neat cement finish over roof & walls including supply of materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (cement consumtion 0.044 bag/Sq.m.

Supply and fixing of 110 mm dia PVC pipe 4 Kg./ Sq.cm for water supply mains & rain water pipe of Tirupati or equi. Make with special such as Tee, bend, socket, elbow etc. including cutting of pipe where necessary and including excavation of trenches for laying the pipe line of approved size (600 x 900 mm) and including its back filling after testing the pipe line , watering, ramming etc complete including disposal of surplus earth from the sides upto 100 mtr as per direction of Engineer incharge as required for proper completion of work.

Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface, complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire,GP Box ,piano type switch and ceiling rose/angle/ batten holder on 3 mm. thick phenolic laminated backelite sheet etc. complete in all respect, as directed .

Providing and fixing 450x300 mm wash hand basin of white glazed earthern ware first quality I.S.I. marked (Hindustan,Neycer / Cera make) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of Bajaj Fresh/Exhaust fan including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia C.P. grating over Nahani Trap or drain holes including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing Nahani Trap India make of heavy approved quality complete with C.P. brass grating, Nahani Trap laid over base cement concrete 1:6:12 including cost of cement supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work. Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.(CSI No.13.21)

Painting one coat with APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint on new wall surfaces (well prepared with Birla putty and two coat of primer ICI or equivalent which shall be paid separately) including through washing with water including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work. (CSI No. 13.22)

Painting two coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .
