Dismantling carefully the existing Un-serviceable LT Overhead line ACSR conductor of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and stringing, stretching and fixing ACSR conductor for over head line securing on pole complete including binding wire, jointing sleeves aluminium tap and PG clamp etc of any size all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only/stringing only old dismantled ACSR conductor for over head line securing on pole complete including binding wire, etc of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item Srl No 2 & 3 : Jumper on cut point/2 pole structure/4 pole structure shall be provided with PVC insulated sleeves. Rates shall be included of jumper and tree branch cutting to make safe distance from pole /OH line.

Removing /opening of binding from shackle/pin insulator and restringing of single conductor, tightening of LT over head ACSR /copper conductor any size including binding with copper /aluminium binding wire to over head conductor including renewal of jumpers complete all as specified. Note :- Rates shall be included of jumper and tree branch cutting to make safe distance from pole /OH line.

Dismantling existing un-serviceable guard wire with cradles of any size from LT OH line and removing from site of work complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F GI steel continuous earth wire & cradle 4mm dia on cross arms of poles for guarding including binding with aluminum wire 16 SWG etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of un-serviceable insulators of any size and type complete from its position and removing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only old LT pin type insulator obtained from srl item No 7 here-in-before.

Fixing only old LT shackle type insulator obtained from srl item No 7 here-in-before.

S&F pin type, porcelain veterious, white, brown or green insulator 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade, including one GI MS spindle, two GI washers, one GI nut complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F LT shackle type, porcelain viterious, White, Brown or Green insulator 90mm dia, 75mm height, including GI MS straps of Size 31 x 3 mm washers, 12mm dia, bolts suitable for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of un-serviceable stay assembly carefully including stay wire necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, demolition of PCC of any type and removing rubbish to as distance n. exc 50m at low lying area complete all as specified.

S&F stay assembly complete with accessories and stay rod 16mm dia and 180 cm long, including ms galvanized stay plate 300 mm x 300 mmx6mm and galvanized thimble complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 1. of SSR 2009 ( Part-I). Note :- Loop type insulator, stays clamps, excavation and earth work and concrete shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repairs galvanized steel wire stranded of size 7/2.24mm including necessary binding strengthening complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of un-serviceable existing cross arms by means made from channels, angles, un-serviceable FI clamps, nuts, bolts etc. from OH line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No 17 here-in-before but fixing old existing cross arms received against item No 16 above including cleaning, removing stain and including preparation of old steel surfaces applying two coats of aluminum paint over and including a coat of Red oxide (primer) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing u/s steel LT poles of any size & type from its position carefully and removing from the site and including necessary excavation and earth work in any soil/strata, demolition of concrete, disconnection of conductor from pole etc. complete all as directed.

Supply and install steel, tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug nuts and taper plug , bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410-SP- 31 (9.0 m long) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling/taking down steel tubular/pcc pole of any size including insulater & cross arm & stay wire & refixing at new location directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note :- Excavation, earth work & PCC shall be measured & paid separately.

Excavation in trenches for laying of cables, poles and stay in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.50 mtr deep, n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 22 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5 mtr and n. exc 3.00 mtr deep and getting out any type of soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exe 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L unwashed Sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of 8 cm deep before laying and 15 cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified. Note : Measurement shall be done after puning down of sand.

M&L Brick covering with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class `B` old size bricks laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for stays,foundation and platform for transformer installation complete all as specified.
