Steel Roof Truss (Tubular) Steel work in built-up sections framed work including cutting welding fixing and placing in position complete job made of required steel ( IAS,M.S Channels, Flats, Plates and Beams etc.) and the like and applying one cost of anticorrosive red oxide but made out of tubular pipes

Providing and fixing of CGI Sheet 0.63mm for roofing polymer coated J/L hooks nuts and bolts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers completed job.

Labour charges for fixing of CGI Sheets including cost of spares like J/L hooks nuts and bolts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers etc.

Providing & fixing of Tile Profile and Ribbed Profile organic coated pre-painted Galvalume high tensile steel with silicon polyester or fluoropolymer (PVC2) coating including spares.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips of width 60 cm over all width with plain G.P Sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.60 mm thick

Providing and fixing of Valley of 90 cm wide over all in plain G.S Sheet fixed with polymers coated J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia G.I Limpet and bitumen washers complete.1.60 mm thick

P/F ridges or hips of width 60 cm over all width with plain colored sheets including spares for :

i- Tile Profile (0.55mm

ii- Ribbed Profile (0.55mm)

iii Corrugated colored (0.55)mm

Steel Watch Tower Providing, fixing in position & erection of steel watch tower made out of various sections of ISMC, ISA Plate etc complete job with two or more coats of red oxide primer.

Supply of Panels:Panels made out of M.S Angle, Flat Iron and Black Annealed Chain Link fencing 2”x2” (including cutting, welding, nuts/bolts etc) as per the size and specification of the indenting Department with one coat of steel primer.

P/F of 2mm thick eves boarding in plain CR Sheet including frame work complete duly welded including painting with one coat of anti corrosive red oxide paint.

P/F of 2mm thick sheet for soffits 400mm in plain CR sheet including cutting, welding, frame work complete job.

P/F of double skin ridges , gutters , flashing etc having total girth upto 600 mm, including bolts , nuts, washers etc

P/F of double skin insulated sheets of 0.63 mm having rock wool 50 mm thick 48 Kg/m3 or 50 mm thick glass wool 24 Kg/m3 for insulation

Supply of poly-green house made out of ¾”round pipe as per the specifications of the Indenting Department.

P/F of semi perforated celing tiles ( 600X600X12 mm)

P/F false celing of size 595X595 mm on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped gavlanised sheet sections ( galvanised @ (170)gsm/sqm) inclduing all necessary hardwares

P/F of UV stabilized 200 micron transparent plastic films multilayered, anti drip, anti fog, anti sulphur, diffused clear and having minimum 85% level of light transmittance.
