I) SPT Foot Bridge at Madhya Deobali Rasmandir over river Kolong Supplying and driving Sal piles 25cm.to 30cm dia. dressed to heart wood including marking length in every30cms.interval, coal tarring 2(Two)coats with best tar applied hot(Rate inclusive of the cost for therequired quantity of tar). a) Mechanically with Rod monkey and crab winch (i) Portion of Pile actually driven under ground.

Labour for fitting and fixing old R.S.J.beams, C.I.saddle etc .in position including necessary scaffolding, cutting them to required size, drilling holes and supplying and fixing necessary bolts and nuts, painting two(2)costs complete(Tar-steel paint to be supplied by the contractor at his own cost) including carrying from PWD godown

Earth work in core of embankment by head load with soil of approved quality with a lead up to 30 m and lift up to 1.5 m in layers not exceeding 20 cm including breaking clods, dressing grading to required shape and compacting to meet requiremenetof Table 300 - 2 (including payment of land conpenssation for obtaining earth).

IV) Longjup Majgaon Chariali to Chankhola RCC Bridge Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm dia, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specifications Clause 201. Dressing & profiling the existing WBM/Granular/Earthen surface layer of the road from edge to edge of the existing carriage way and both the shoulders, filling low spots and ravelled stretches by providing additional materials of same type as that of the existing top surface layer, cambering, watering, rolling with 8-10 tonne roller to obtain specified compaction, etc to obtain a uniform formation surface with cross fall from the road centre line to the outer edges of the existing embankment. Works to be carried out in accordance with MORT&H specifivation section 300 and as directed by the deptt. (rate considered as per SOR for road bridge and culvert works for all divisions inder PWD Assam 2009-10, at sections where the top level of the subgrade of the existing road surface is not proposed to be raised by more than 100mm. Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits (Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300-2 ( including compensation of earth.)( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) From private land

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrowpits, with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300-2 (including land compensation of earth) as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clause 305.

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections.

Granular Sub Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table 400-2) ( Construction of granular sub base by providing coarse raded material, spreading in uniform layer with motorgrader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and co,acting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per cl. 401. Including extra lead beyond 5.00 km for carriage of materials from quarry to middle of the road. (ii) for grading II Material

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density ( Including extra lead beyond 5.00 km for carriage of materials from quarry toplant site and exrtra lead beyond 10.00Km from Plant site to Laying site.)

Prime coat (i) Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack Coat :- Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixedwith bituminous binder@ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand) (i) 60cm equilateral traingle

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
