Excavation in trenches not.exc 1.5 mtr width and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as speccified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 mm thick for any type of soil complete all as speccified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not .exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not .exc 1.50 mtr above the statrting poont complete all as speccified and as directed.

S&F 150 mm dia Ductile Iron Pipe (DI Pipe) centrifugally cast with single socket Class K-9 confirming to IS 8329 / 2000 suitable for (push on) rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining duly ISI marked including taking out existing pipe complete all as speccified and as directed.

S&F 200 mm dia Ductile Iron Pipe (DI Pipe) centrifugally cast with class K-9 confirming to IS 8329 / 2000 suitable for (push on) rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining duly ISI marked including taking out existing pipe complete all as speccified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing ductile iron pipe fittings upto 200 mm dia including all bends (any type radius and angle tapers any type, (straight or bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction , double branch cross ( all socket and spigot ) collars, caps, and plugs complete as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable non cloging centrifugial pump sets and motar set after disconnecting cable of any description and capacity of 30 HP from its existing foundation and transporting the same for depositing at MES store Yard complete all as speccified and as directed.

Supply install testing and commissioning of 30 HP Capacity of Non Cloging Centrifugal Pump Set of discharge capacity 160 m3 / h at 32 mtrs head, 100 mm discharge and 125 mm sunction coupled with 3 phase electric squirrel cage induction motor of capacity 22 KW, 415 volts 1440 RPM totally enclosed fan ventilation type, complete chrome steel impeller and stainless steel shaft ( coupled with flexible coupling) inclusive foundation channel and all necessary connections complete all as speccified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of motar & pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down / existing worn out / solid iron rusted MS iron ladders, of any thickness by means of cutting/ removing of any of jointing metairial without damaging other member ofter unscrewing bolts, nuts, washer etc and removing from site complete all as speccified and as directed.

M&L MS angle iron cut / bent to shape or welded togather as in bends, strapes, supports or styas including bolts,clamps,hold fasts , fasteners, wall ties, plain angle cleats for securing for ladders and similar work conforming to Fe 290.Gde- E-165 including two coat of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as speccified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable LT panel board / feeder pillar box after disconnecting LT cables from existing panel and serviceable item to be deposited to MES Stores and making good disturded surface / ground complete all as speccified and as directed.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing floor mounted Indoor type feeder box (factory made) of size 1850 mm X 1900 mm X 350 mm fabricated out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick and made of MS angle frame work (50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm), CRCA approved manufacturer, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof both side hinge opening arrangement on front and back with locking arrangement cable entry and exist from bottom with cable glands and gaskits and 04 nos legs 0.6 meter length .CU bus bar rating 400 Amps 3 phase & neutral fixed on porcelin insulator with internal wiring with suitable size of aluminium strips to be used for incoming and outgoing of all switches / MCCB's with bus bar. Bus bar shall be insulated with colour codes sleeves / tapes and to be connected with cu lugs duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint on the surface externally and internally including over a coat of red oxide primer and including necessary earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in foundations complete all as speccified and as directed. with and including for the following accessories -:

Dismantling old unserviceable valve pit and reconstruvtion of brick masonary valve pit of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 1200 mm (internal dimension) with one brick thick wall , P.C.C 1:4:8 type D-2 mix (using 40 mm graded crashed stone aggegate) as in foundation concrete including PCC 1:3:6 type C- 1 mix ( using 20 mm graded crashed stone aggegate) as in bedding and coping 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) internally & externally upto 15 cm below ground level providing valve pit 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame all round the fixed point by means of 4 Nos hold fast 150 mm long made out of flat iron 40x6 mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-I ( using 20 mm graded crashed stone aggregate) of size 230 mm x 200 mm x 100 mm incl provn of hing welded with angle iron frame and mild steel cover 3 mm thick, mild steel handle of suitable and size welded with mild steel cover & suitable locking arrangement & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red- oxide primer incl necessary excavation work in soft / loss soil complete all as speccified and as directed.
