Removal of following existing unserviceable steel/UNSV components of various furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, welding, gluing, providing hinges, denting, applying putty for leveled surface, placing every part in-tact and painting the disturbed portion of Almirah Steel Med Complete all as specified and as applicable as drawings,FD-67 (M) /350 /1032. NOTE : Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE (P) Air Force Gurgaon including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- Removing of unserviceable and worn out legs and providing new legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheet fabricated to shape as per existing almirah steel with shelves/Half S & Half H Large complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing unserviceable shutter and providing new shutter using MS sheet 1.00mm thick as per existing shape Almirah Med steel. (Drg No FD-1032) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable MS clips with screw/nuts and bolts of almirah steel with shelves/Half S & Half H medium (Drg No FD-1032) refixing/weldling with new items, MS clips with screws/nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Painting with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint to complete table etc. all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable cane plastic / newar from the chair verandah and supply and fixing PVC seat 4mm thick in lieu of cane after providing two additional stiffener at centre of seat & back with 25x5 mm flat Iron welded with centre of the frame duly white painted for support of PVC seat. .Due care shall be taken while fixing the PVC seat, The PVC seat shall get approved from BSO before supply.

Removing the old unserviceable complete pedestal assembly along with hydraulic system of chair revolving executive by removing the pin from bottom carefully without damaging the upper portion. The entire structure shall be covered with 100mm foam cushion and overwhich best quality tapestry cloth shall be fixed as directed by Engr-In –Charge. 02 nos of MS flat of size 25mmx4mm welded beneath in between the width of the chair for support of seat. The seat shall be fixed in between the frame with nut bolts and washers.

Back of the chair made out of 6mm plywood. The plywood shall be fixed over wooden frame made out of batten of size 40mmx20mm with nail and adhesive. The entire structure shall be covered with 50mm foam and over which best quality tapestry cloth shall be fixed as directed by Engr-In –Charge. The seat shall be fixed in between the frame with nut bolts and washers.

Arm of the chair made out of 25mm thick teak wood in the shape of the arm.The arm shall be covered with 50mm foam and over which best quality tapestry cloth shall be fixed as directed by Engr-In –Charge. The arm shall be fixed over the conduit pipe and to be screwed from below.
