Attending and repair the complaints of plumbing and sanitary fittings including water leakage from taps, WC's flushing cistern, urinal, wash basins, bottle traps etc and any obstruction to water supply in rooms/qtrs/deptts, requiring plumbing work and carryout minor repairs such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern, cleaning of bolttle traps etc including petty materials like washers of all sizes, thread(soot) M-Seal, screws, nails to make it functional and leak proof complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Any item required to be replaced shall be measured and paid under relevent items mentioned in BOQ.

Attending and repair the complaints of joinery such as (Wooden/Steel/ Aluminium of any description including Iron/Aluminium mongery, pelmet box, door springs, rolling shutters etc requiring carpentry work and carrying out minor repairs such like tightening of screws/nails seasoning of joinery, door, springs etc, including providing petty repair material like screws/mails, plug, grease etc to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Any fitting required to be replaced shall be measured and paid under respective items.
