Dismantling of brick tiles on tarracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for levelling course for roof slab, Type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) using waterproofing compound (SBR) for maintaining proper roof slope and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra (Minimum thickness of concrete should not be less than 50mm at any point) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Waterproofing compound should be measured and paid separately.

Supply of SBR waterproofing compound @ 2% of per kg cement used complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Fosroc/Sika/Choksey/Bostik/STP/Asian Paints/Berger Paints

OVERLAY- PU BASED ELASTOMERIC LIQUIED MEMBRANE SYSTEM FOR EXPOSED ROOF : Providing and applying polyurethane liquid roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability, elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs for exterior wall and exposed surface with solid content not less than 80% and solar reflective index not less than 106 as per (ASTM E1980-19)/tear strength ~20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days, +30 degree C) (ASTM D624) and tensile strength >= 2 N/mm2 (ASTM D4541), elongation 350 to 400% as per ASTM D412 and crack bridging ability upto 2mm. (a) After proper surface preparation, Apply one coat of Primer for PU coating as per manufacturers specification. (b) Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m²(minimum) or equivalent by brush / roller while prime surface is tacky, Spread waterproofing reinforced Glass Fiber mash of 45 GSM with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky. Allow 1st coat to dry. (c ) Apply 2nd & 3rd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m² (minimum) or equivalent by brush/roller. Make : Fosroc/Sika/Choksey/Bostik/STP/ Asian Paints/Berger Paints Note : (i) The Minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of roof treatment shall be 1.5mm if any shortfall in thickness of above treatment the same shall be achieved by additional coat. (ii) The procurement of material and execution of the work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by GE. (iii) The manufacturer/authorised applicator shall give a warranty for the performance & durability for 10 years.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for old size brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or mean radius built in 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc and including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc upto height 9.60 m including M&L for applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (shade as approved by GE) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/balcony etc incl one coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling water tank of capacity Exc 250 litres and not exc 500 litres and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Refixing 500 litres, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & overflow pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Refixing 1000 litres, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & overflow pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

(Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 25 mm bore iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs, gun metal globe gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to 15 mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs, gun metal globe gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to 20 mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down 15 mm dia steel GI tubing including all connected fittings of any dia and in any position including cleaning for re fixing the serviceable pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting in to brick or stone masonry wall and removing vegetation including roots from wall, cornices roof area not exceedig 0.3 Sqm and making good disturbed portion with PCC 1:2:4 type B-O with 12.5mm graded stone aggregate including necessary finishes & to match the existing surface all as directed by Engr in charge.

S & F in repair for 0.71mm plain aluminium sheeting alloy 31000 H4 as in covering of expansion joints stappled with self tapping screw including dismantling of old any type of sheet complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing surface finishes and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion Weather proof external paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal esistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
