Taking down defective solar street light/ solar PV panel, any type of battery, GI brackets, fitting of any size /type/capacity any Watt from height of pole for repair work and refixing in the same position after repair work including checking, inspecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (a) Spares such as battery, PIR motion sensor, LED Driver, surge protector, light, etc shall be measured and paid separetely under relavant items of schedule'A' (b) Necessary tools mobile ladder & other T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (c) The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to inclusive of minor repair works, replacement of parts like nuts, bolts, cirle clips, clamps etc as required at site.

S&F 80 mm bore dia steel tubing galvanised "light grade" in single length ( 20 feet/6 Mtr ) for solar street lights complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and n exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation for PCC poles/struts including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of stay assembly including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for pedestal/coping/plinth of poles, including necessary form work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soft/ disintegrated rock all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F copper wire 2.5 Sqmm 6 core suitable for high mast light and including taking down old existing light of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down by disconnected the existing electrical connection of winch motor for rewinding /repairs including rewinding the mortor of capacity up to 2 HP with best class supper enameled copper wire of existing guage and size including varnishes and insulating 230 V AC 50 HZ electric supply system. refixing and reconnected it to the original location for satisfactory functioning of wintch on 230 v electric supply system complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and dismantling existing high mast pole of height 12 to 20 mtr from bottom plate, nuts bolts, gear box and head frame for dismantling the unserviceable parts including repair control panel wiring, old unsv lights, complete with the help of suitable T & P required for holding, lifting the pole, replacement of unservicable part, oiling and greasing, of pulleys, gear box, rope and all moving parts including assembling, installation of high mast pole complete as directed by Engineer-in charge. Note 1. Cost of crane for dismantling high mast pole is deemed to be included in quoted rate. 2. Cost of oiling and greasing of moving parts is deemed to included quoted rate.
