Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of CI / GI pipes laying in trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches including , leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level nexc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old GI tubing and Material & Labour for Galvanised Iron Pipe 20 mm dia medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in trenches floor and fixed to wall with MS hocks etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No-4 here in before but 25 MM.

Taking out GI/CI pipe S&F in repair centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipes with socket& spigot ends having ISI stamping marking with IS 8329/2000 classification K7, In standard length of 5.5 - 6 mtr suitable for and including push on joint (gassket D jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes , complete all as specified & directed of 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Make: Electrosteel/TATA/Jindal

Supply & Fixing in repairs DI fittings for flanged & spigot socketed pipe e.g. bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces, collars, caps and plugs conforming to IS of size upto 200/ 150/100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective gate valve, Supply and fix Gun Metal gate valve with Iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI steel tubing 20 mm dia including taking down unserviceable valves complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Leader/NETA/SANT

Supply & fix cast iron sluice valve 100 mm dia, flanged ends,stem (spindle) of SS (forged) and check nut of gun Metal, PN rating 1.6,working parts conforming to IS :14846, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS:1538 including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Leader/ Kirlosker /SANT

Painting of CI/DI/GI pipes of size 100/150/200 mm with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after scratching the existing paint properly and cleaning the surface properly all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable Pressure gauge 100 mm dia with ball valve of pressure 0-21 Kg/Sqcm with matching thread of specification & make.

M&L for taking out for repair f unserviceable Agitator Motor of dosing system and refixing after repair,capacity 120W single phase 220AC 50 Hz, 6 pole, 900rpm along with copper winding and replacement of unserviceable parts to make the moter serviceable all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation & tesing against replacement of worn out parts of fully automatic star-delta starter for submersible pump set of following capacity 40 HP , 415 V , with relay range 36-60 amps 50 Hz 3 Phase complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation & tesing against replacement of worn out parts of fully automatic star-delta starter for submersible pump set of following capacity 20 HP , 415 V , with relay range 36-60 amps 50 Hz 3 Phase complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair & jointing Cast Iron non return (reflux) valve ISI marked, flanged ends in swing type design is:5312 part-1 class PN 1.6 with flanged and drilled ends suitable for 150 mm nominal bore pipe having gun metal seat etc complete & including joints and jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gaskets, complete all as directed. Make: Kirlosker/Sant/Leader.

Dismantling and taking up submersible pumps set of 10 HP capacity and any size from bore well with the help of chain pulley block including dismaintling the MS/GI column pipe and electrical mechanical connection transportation from site to authorised workshop at Ambala /Chandigarh for carrying out necessary repairs /replacement of defective / worn out parts and back to site, lowering the submercible pump set in to borewell after testing including connecting coulmn pipe and cable connection etc, after completion of the work testing of pump set on load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and reading the data complete. Note :- (i) T&P required for raising & lowering, the pumps and pipes will be arranged by contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contrator for this items. (ii) Small items such as nuts, bolts washers and rubber gasket required will be included in the item rate. (iii) Spare parts for repair will be measured and paid separately.

Strip opening of Pump set complete of Capacity10HP of any make and removing scales, cleaning serviceable parts and re-assembling after carrying out repairs / replacement of worn out parts including seals, 'o'rings, washers, nuts and bolts as required and making the pump set fully serviceable and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spares for replacement will be measured & paid separately under respective items herein after supply only. (ii) Replacement of all other items such as seals, 'o'ring , washers, nuts and bolts will be deemed to be included in rate quoted against this item.

Material and labour strip opening of submersible motor for 10 HP pumping set and taking out burnt copper conductor and cleaning of stator and rotor surfaces and carrying out new re-winding with existing size, and weight gauge / suitable size and weight of copper conductor and providing new insulating material of 'F' class insulation, heating varnishing, drying through electric furnance and testing on specified load all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for attending complaint as and when required , taking out old unserviceable GI pipe of 20 mm dia pipe cutting at location/ site to remove rusted/ damaged pipe including S&F for connecting new pipe in replacement of length 0.5 RM with the existing pipe line, including testing of pipe line so repaired for complete satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge. Note:- 1.Excavation, Removal & Returning filling of soil (soft/hard) is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. 2. Cost of GI fittings like socket, union, tees, long screw, nipple, hexa nipple, reducer etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 3. Length of pipes required to be replaced if is more than 0.5 RM the same will be measured in the relevant items of this schedule.

Material and labour construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 1200 mm x 1200mm x 1200 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cm 1:6 internally plastered in cm (1:6) and externally plastered in cm (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15m offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, in any situation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as above hereinbefore ser item no. 65 but except brick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Serviceble Old bricks obtain from ser item No shall be reused after cleaning).

Material and labour 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls or concrete external surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently with welding, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Fe-410W(GdeE-250) qualityB against worn out channel, angle iron etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour for boring underground upto 100 mm bore for road crossing 3 mtr to 10 mtr not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of electric cable and GI tubing in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Material and lobour replacement of worn out flat submersible PVC insulated 3 core copper conductor size of10 Sqm 1100V grade, 50 Hz for submersible. Make : Plaza / Havells/Finolex

Disconnecting all electrical connections from electric motor 20 HP installed at "Booster pumping station" and decoupling from pump assembly and dismantling from foundation and transporting to local workshop approved by Accepting Officer for opening the motor taking out of burnt winding and thorough cleaning of the slotes, rewinding the complete motor with supper enamaled copper wire of same size and provn of supper quality insulating materials, warnishing, replacing the bearing sets and cooling fans if required and drying and taking back from wksp including laths and other any type of machine work such as rotor work, welding, metalling, machining and grinding for bearing sheet etc and mounting, connecting all electrical connections alongwith reassembling pump set and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: Rewinding amount of motor will be paid to the contractor once only irrespective of how many number of times motor rewinded .

Supply & fixing following spares for 20 HP centrifugal pump for any model and make complete all as specified and directed-by Engrs-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out submersible pumps set of 10/20/30/ 40/41HP capacity and any size from bore well with the help of chain pulley block including dismantling the MS/GI column pipe, and change nuts bolts washers, good quailty ISI marked rubber gasket, lowering the submersible pump set in to borewell after testing including connecting coulmn pipes and cable connections etc, after completion of the work testing of pump set on load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and reading the data complete. Development of tube well by air compressor of capacity not less than 500 CFM at 150 to 200 PSIG approximate capacity as required on ground till to get clear water complete including all T&P , Diesel and other materiel required at site and carrying out yield test complete.
