S&F in repair lock of brass 6 lever,Godrej pattern, inside with steel body/box and keys in duplicate to almirah large, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

S&F in repair handle of cast iron CP 125mm long to almirah large, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

Repair to shutter of almilrah large by straightening of dented portion and by replacing the broken hinges, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

Removing of old U/S locking device from almirah large and S&F of new locking device 3 way, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

S&F in repair MS cleats of 25mmX3mm to almirah large by welding to support the shelf and straightening for dented portion of shelf if any, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing. Note :- Replacing of four cleates shall be mesured and paid as one unit.

preparation of almirah surfaces including welding /denting and painting of almirah large steel inside and outside with a coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old U/S top of teapoy verandah and S&F of new top made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak face and other side white shade exterior grade ISI marked with 4mm thck TW beading duly polished, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

Painting to teapoy verandah frame with a coat of synthetic enamel paint white including welding and preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

Repair to Table 3X2 steel with/without drawer (Drg No. FD-1007 & FD-1008) :- Removing of old U/S top of table 3X2 and S&F new top table made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak face and other side white shade exterior grade ISI marked with 4mm thck TW beading duly polished, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

Repair to Steel furniture: M&L for spot/tack welding in repair n.exc 2.5 cm to steel articles, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : One unit will be calculated upto 25mm.

Repair to Charpoy GI Newar to Charpoy GI Hard top (Drg No. FD-220)

Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from Charpoy GI pipe and tightening the frame complete & supply and fixing ply wood top of size 1980mm X 900mm of 12mm thick, BWR grade ISI marked with and including two Nos flat iron of size 25 x 5 x 900mm long fixed on long rails on equal distances to bracing the long rails with and including ten Nos of round headed steel nuts, bolts and washers of appropriate size by making holes with drill machine two Nos on each long rail and short rail & 3 Nos on each flat iron, Flat iron shall be painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint including and over one coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing. Note : Bar code required and contractor has to produce purchase voucher.

M&L for taking down/dismantling of old U/S long rails from old GI charpoys and providing new long rail of 32mm bore GI pipe medium grade, both ends duly threaded, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

Taking down/dismantling of old U/S short rail of charpoys and fixing only short rail made out of old long rail retreived under item No. 10.02 above including cutting,threading,both ends, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

Taking down/dismantling of old U/S leg from charpoys and fixing only leg made out of old short rail retreived under item No. 10.03 above, including cutting,threading at one end and providing FI 25X3mm MNF clamps and MS round 40X3 mm bottom disc by welding, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable and broken existing elbow 3 way from charpoys and S&F new three way elbow of 32mm bore dia, medium weight, ISI Marked, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

S&F MS Round bottom disc 40mm dia, 3mm thick by welding alround to bottom leg including removing old unserviceable broken disc, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

Repairs to GI Charpoy with hard top (Drg No. FD-220): Removing old U/S ply top from GI Charpoy with hard top and tightening the complete frame and S&F new ply wood top of size 1980mm x 900m of 12mm thick, bwr grade ISI marked including tightening repair of flat iron of size 25x5x900mm fixed on long rails/round headed steel nuts, bolts and washers etc, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing. Note : Bar code required and contractor has to produce purchase voucher.

Chair verandah: Removing old U/S cane from chair and recanning of chair verandah with plastic cane 4 mm wide alf round gola type incl painting of complete chair before recanning with two coat of synthetic enamel paint white, 04 nos PVC /Rubber shoe shall be provided to the bottom of legs, complete all as specified and directed and shown in drawing.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part - II) Amount of Rs. 10,609.00 during AOC Note:- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule
