S & F of fire rated doors of approx size 1200x2100 mm with fwg specifications: Door leaves:Constructed from 1.2 mm (18SWG) thick skin pass galvanised iron sheet (confirm to IS 277) or from 0.8 mm (22 SWG) thick skin pass galvanised iron sheet (confirm to IS 277),Thickness- 46 mm, In fill: Rockwool/mineral wool/honeycomb kraft paper Door frame: Constructed from 1.6 mm (12 SWG) thick skin pass galvanised iron sheet (confirm to IS 277) or from 1.2 mm (22 SWG) thick skin pass galvanised iron sheet (confirm to IS 277) formed to single or double rebate profile of size. Profile Dimension : 0.143 x 0.058 m (+/- 0.03m), Bending radius : 0.0014m, Vision Glass: 5mm thick clear/wired glass circular or rectangular of dimension 0.2x0.3m, Coating: The door frames and door shutters are primed with zinc phosphate stoving primer and finished with polyurethane aliphatic grade of epoxy paint as reuired.,Powder coating material : Epoxy polyester/pure polyester/polyurethane of thickness 60-65 microns( (Dry film thickness) Hinges : Material- SS ball bearing butt hinges, ddimension-0.102m x 0.076m, thckness-3mm,Lock : Mortise lock with lever handles, mortise dead bolt, mortise latch, panic devices etc can be provided as required. Taking down and refixing of shutter in other opening after resecuring or easing & adjusting of any description exc 1.00 sqm but n exc 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down plaster in any description of cement plaster incl racking out joints, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, finished even & smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, finished even & smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats with distemper oil emulsion after providing chalk whitening (preparatory to distempering ) , complete all as specified & directed.
