Clearing trees, weeds, vegetation, rubish over terrace of top floor flats and removal of rubish/malba into designated dump area outside of the periphery of the working area as per direction of the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) and finished neat: 12.19.1 (1 With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Add correction factor on DSR 2023 on account of GST(x0.973)=472034.55

Add CI @ 3%
