Supply of conductor having nominal size- 232 sq. mm.(19/3.94mm) All Aluminium alloy conductor for over head transmission purpose conforming to IS:398 Part IV/1994 with latest amendment, if any, ISI marked, Packing on drum conforming to IS:1778/80 (As per TPS enclosed) ( 60 span x 3 phase wire x 42 mtrs/span = 7560 mtr + 5% sag = 7938 mtr)

Erection of AAA conductor of 232 Sqmm. diameter including binding etc. as required. (60 span x 3 phase wire x 42 mtrs/span x 0.636 kg/mtr = 4770kg)

Supplying of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for two 33 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as reauired

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing framework for 33 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 2400 mm width X 2800 mm height complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying of 50 mm X 8 mm M.S. flat iron pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11/22/33 KV over head line conductor complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying and erection of 33 KV composite polymer disc insulator for 33 KV, 90KN over head lines with complete hardware fitting as clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required as per GTP enclosed.

Supplying and erection of composite polymer 33 KV grade, 10 KN pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 33 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia GI stay wire and 33KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply and erection of 33 KV grade 400Amp double break horizontal type GOAB switch with polymer insulator (Fix & moving contact copper suitable for 400amps) on the double pole cross arm.

Supply and fixing of coil earthing

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supply of M.S Nut bolt with washer, Size- 16 mm X 125 mm

Supply and fixing of metallic danger board. Size - 9" x 6", Two language - English & Odia with voltage rating

Supply and fixing of barbed wire around pole

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.
