Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arche, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbeish off the premises.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete flooor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm (without taking shutters from the frame).

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but n. exc 4.0 Sqm (without taking shutters from the frame).

S & F Anodised aluminium frame/shutters for windows, ventilators sliding/openable etc including joining cleat for fixing, locking arrangement, rubber beading, screws, etc complete all as specified. Make : JINDAL/HINDALCO/INDALCO. Note : (i) Glazing and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separetely. (ii) Item shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section (iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading, glazing pin, screws and powder coated fittings such as locking arraangement etc as required, which shall not be measured for arriving the weight (iv) The rate shall also be inclusive of complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surfaces of aluminium work, and including matching the existing.

M & L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work.

M&L Sheet glass ordinary quality 4 mm thick and glazing with rubber beading in squares not exc 0.5 sqm each pane fixed in repair.

M&L Figured glass, pinhead type, 4 mm thick and glazing with rubber beading or oil putty in squares n. exc 0.5 sqm each pane fixed in repair.

(b) M & L Application of Sika Top Seal 109hi @ 2.20 Kg per Sqm each coat or as per manufacture instruction– acrylic based, ready to use, cementitious, water proof coating onto the prepared surface in a continuous film on the floor of the sunken area, taking the coating over the vertical surfaces on to the floor and over the coving on to the wall (before tiling) to at least 300mm above the final finished floor level. The coating shall also be continued on to the inner surfaces of the pipe penetration holes. Two coats shall be applied & fiber Glass Cloth to be laid in between coats. (c) M & L Application of Sikagard 694 F (I) @ 100 gram per Sqm or as per manufacture instruction, a moisture insensitive epoxy putty in a continuous, 10mm thick gasket around the pipes to a width of approximately 15mm. (d) M & L Aapplication of protective screed concrete at a desired thickness admixed with Sika Cim Pink @ 100 gram per Sqm or as per manufacturer instruction
