Job charges for replacement of damaged / wornout parts of 325 ampere rating installed at pumping station Baryal. The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel. The job involves repair to of damaged solid state fault analyzer cum controller (CB4SA) unit. Repair to auto starter assembly of 325 ampere rating has to be carried out by extraction of worn-out Power contactor MNX 325-1no. from the starter assembly. Providing and fitting of new power contractors of same rating of L&T make (one as main and other as star contractor). Providing and fitting of current transformer-3nos. Digital voltmeter and amperemeter-1no. each., repair to internal control wiring-1no. and replacement of aluminum strips. Job includes providing and fitting of copper cable from panel to bus bar-2nos. approximately 10 meter in length with proper thimbling and insulation. Testing of the equipment after repairs, without load and thereafter on full load. The job includes the cost of material, transportation & labour charges.(Complete Job)
