| 4 | Fabrication, supply, testing and installation of MS chilled water mixing pressure cylindrical tank size: 2 mtr x 600 mm dia made out from 10 mm thick M.S. plates. The tank shall be provided with 4 Nos. pipe connections of 250 mm diameter × 200 mm long, fabricated from 8 mm thick M.S. pipes. The complete shell and end plates shall be double-layer welded, ensuring strength and leak-proof construction. The tank shall be mounted on a heavy-duty base frame fabricated from M.S. angles, with round support plates provided at the bottom as required. The tank shall include internal baffle/partition plates as per existing design requirements. The fabricated tank shall be hydrostatically tested at 16 kg/cm² pressure to ensure structural integrity and leak tightness. Surface preparation shall be carried out properly, followed by application of one coat of primerandtwo coats of enamel paint, complete in all respects including dismantling the old insulated mixing tank. | - | Nos | 10 | - |
| 5 | Repairing the pot strainer of the main air-conditioning plant by dismantling and removing the existing cover plate. Supplying, fabricating, and installing a new cover plate of 1250 mm diameter and 16 mm thickness, including fabrication and welding of a new flange of matching diameter and thickness. The work shall include engrooving of the seating surface and drilling/alignment of bolt holes in both mating plates to ensure proper fitment. Providing and fixing a neoprene gasket between the flanges and tightening 5/8" diameter nuts and bolts with washers all around to achieve a leak-proof joint. The scope also includes providing and installing an air purging valve, followed by testing, commissioning, and ensuring satisfactory operation of the system, complete in all respects. | - | Job | 10 | - |
